Wry comfortable beds and rooms. It’s as if a survey was done to see what people prefer in a room - larger refrigerator,
Pros:

Service was really good. Friendliness of staff supersedes other hotels

Cons:

The pool area could use some greenery….plants etc. to be more appealing
Also, I had asked for a room close to elevator through the website and my room could not have been further away. As it turns out - that room was quieter. So, being 82 I had some trouble walking so far.

It was a place to lay my head, but so is a park bench. I guess it was inside place to lay my head.
Pros:

The hotel reminds me of an in-house Motel 6. This hotel needs major updates. It is not worth the price. It definitely should be called 4 points out of 10. I have stayed at 4 points before and this by far is the worst one.

Cons:

The bathroom had a permanent dirt ring around the tub. The view from the balcony wasn't anything to view unless you like seeing lawn bags and old shrubs. It reminded me of an old alley.

Pros:

While the female receptionist on duty during my check-in was quite indifferent, I would like to note that all the other front desk staff and service team members I encountered throughout my stay were incredibly friendly and helpful.

Cons:

My primary purpose for this visit was to attend an exhibition. Unfortunately, I found the shuttle bus service between the hotel and the exhibition center to be significantly reduced compared to previous experiences. The current schedule did not meet my needs, forcing me to incur extra costs for taxis. Additionally, my room was located next to the swimming pool, and the noise level—compounded by children playing and the proximity to the restaurant—was quite disruptive throughout my stay.

Paid way to much $ for zero amenities
Pros:

Great staff

Cons:

No fridge or microwave. Ice machine was broken on our floor. Sink drain wouldn’t pop up. Bar noise was loud. Elevator door kept opening and closing 2-3x every time we go on it. Curtains couldn’t close since there was a bar blocking each side and the parking lot lights would shine in. I used a hair clip to hold them together. Price was increased due to a conference and we were only there since it was close to the surgery center.

Cons:

Everything! The first room we had was dirty. They moved us, then that room had a pipe brake which then leaked in our suite and they didn’t offer us anything. They gave us a bucket and for the solution.

I've stayed here several times and not satisfied with hot tub or lady time ot eas free breakfast not
Pros:

Rooms are good but my room had no stopper for the sink and no lid for the ice bucket

Cons:

The hot tub never got hot after the 1st nite and second day

Cons:

As a place to spend the night, it checks the boxes. Just don't expect to be wowed...with anything. The hotel is just ok. Facility maintenance is definitely lacking.
