DoubleTree by Hilton New Bern - Riverfront

Shelly was Exceptional! She was very accommodating. Everytime my table was about to get up to get something from the breakfast buffet, she swiftly did it for us! She was Awesome and very nice!

The Doubletree New Bern is an excellent hotel. It has clean and spacious rooms. The hotel staff is top notch and will go the extra mile to meet your needs. The marina just outside the hotel gives you plenty to watch during your stay. The hotel is situated within walking distance of many downtown restaurants and entertainment. This was my second stay at this hotel and I would definitely stay here again.

Everything about our stay at this Doubletree Hilton hotel in New Bern was exceptional.
The room was clean, the sheets were crisp and soft, and the pillows were amazing.
We ended up having both dinner and then breakfast the next day in the hotel restaurant and it was very good.
Highly recommend!

Shelly, Charlene and Sejal were amazing for breakfast.

Great location—easy walk to downtown—friendly and helpful staff. Expansive outdoor seating area with beautiful river/marina view, great for early morning coffee time and late-night relaxation. Clean, nicely appointed rooms. Spacious lobby.

The hotel was exceptionally clean and very well appointed. The breakfast was amazing and they will make omelets for you. The girl in the breakfast area whose name is Sejal was very kind in helpful. I will definitely go back it was wonderful.

The morning buffet is outstanding, the best in New Bern. The hostess Shelley was extremely friendly and helpful. We dined with a great view of the river and for only $15 dollars a person it is an excellent bargain. Unlike other popular area breakfasts, you are seated immediately, you don’t have to wait to be texted, it is relaxed and you are not rushed out to make way for others standing in line to come in. For locals they also offer a frequent dining card, again unique to New Bern. The food was plentiful and tasty. Thank you Shelley and thank you New bern Doubletree

Very clean, well maintained

I stayed here to be near my mom who is on hospice. My flight was canceled and I had to drive from Maryland. I was allowed to check early. This will be my base while I continue visits to my mom. You made a difficult time easier. Your staff are all lovely. Beautiful hotel.

The location was great! On the water with a great outdoor area! We were able to walk to everything downtown! Great place to stay in a very charming town!

The location could not be better. The facilities excellent. An à la carte food service would be great

I had a wonderful experience hosting a conference. The staff was very friendly and tentative. I received several compliments from the conference attendees on the hotel and the staff. Definitely hope to return in the future. Madina and Paddy were fantastic all week!

I had an excellent stay at the DoubleTree by Hilton New Bern Riverfront. The hotel is in a great location right on the water with beautiful views and easy access to downtown New Bern. The room was clean, comfortable, and made my stay very enjoyable.

I also want to recognize Sejal Prajwal and Charlene Sejal for their amazing customer service. They were both welcoming, friendly, and professional, and they made sure I had a great experience throughout my stay. Their kindness and hospitality really stood out and made me feel valued as a guest.

I would definitely stay here again and highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting the New Bern area!

Stayed at the Double Tree by Hilton New Bern-River Front the location and views were spectacular. The rooms were great.
It definitely was great value for money.
We were there for our family reunion and it was so great to be able to gather at the hotel in our down time. Great amenities,
and beautiful surroundings.

There were plenty of places to walk on and off premise.

My stayed was made all the more pleasant by Shelly during my breakfast dining experience, she was so pleasant and attentive.

The staff was hospitable and accommodating from the front desk on down.

I came into town to meet friends and stopped in to grab some drinks. Madina was wonderful! She went out of her way to make us comfortable and got us extra seats to fit at the bar. The weather got bad and the outside bar was closed down. I’ve never had someone so polite and go out of their way to help a customer!!!!
