Pros:

Front desk during the day was kind, he allowed us to stay till 14pm as we checked in at 3am. We didn’t attend breakfast but I believe it’s good. Wishing all the best to your business.

Cons:

Squeaky beds.
Incorrect water setting.
Dark furniture, gloomy room.
Unsustainable shower cabin (moving off the wall)
Would be better to show the room location to a guest while checking in, rather than handling a card and pointing to elevator.

Pros:

Этот отель стал лучшим среди всех отелей, в которых я останавливался в Ташкенте. Я побывал во многих хороших отелях, но по соотношению цены и качества этот — лучший. Рекомендую всем. Персонал отеля был очень вежливым и приветливым, условия проживания отличные. В следующий раз обязательно остановлюсь здесь снова.

Хороший отель, приветливый персонал. Очень чисто.

Cons:

Немного неудобно, когда пытаешься выйти из номера, а коридор по большей части перекрыт телегами уборки, так как в номере напротив клининг. Вроде мелочь, но было бы отлично обращать внимание на такие моменты. «Парковать» телеги у стен-лучший вариант)
