В целом впечатление от пребывания в отеле осталось положительным.
Pros:

Отель отличается достойным уровнем сервиса и комфортными условиями проживания, персонал в большинстве случаев проявляет вежливость и профессионализм.
Отдельно хотелось бы отметить сотрудника службы приёма и размещения Ержана за его вежливость, отзывчивость и внимательное отношение к гостям. Его компетентность и готовность оперативно помочь существенно повысили комфорт пребывания👍Благодарю за достойный сервис

Cons:

Вместе с тем, одна из сотрудниц общалась неохотно и отказала в выполнении нашей просьбы без подробных разъяснений, что несколько снизило общее впечатление от сервиса. Надеемся, что в дальнейшем уровень клиентского обслуживания будет более стабильным и ориентированным на гостей.

Pros:

Front desk during the day was kind, he allowed us to stay till 14pm as we checked in at 3am. We didn’t attend breakfast but I believe it’s good. Wishing all the best to your business.

Cons:

Squeaky beds.
Incorrect water setting.
Dark furniture, gloomy room.
Unsustainable shower cabin (moving off the wall)
Would be better to show the room location to a guest while checking in, rather than handling a card and pointing to elevator.
