Pros:

Location is very convenient, close to grocery stores and banks. Bed was very comfortable.

Cons:

Poor experience with front desk with adding one more person to the booking at check in. Front desk told us they added it at check in but the next morning they said it was not.

Pros:

미국의 일반적인 호텔과는 달리 바닥이 나무바닥이라 먼지가 훨씬 덜 합니다. 샤워도 분리형이라 편리합니다.
주변 San Antonio 는 치안이 안전하고 가까운 거리에 Whole food market, Trader's Joe, Safeway, Target 등 다수의 마트가 있어서 간단한 식사거리와 간식을 구하기 쉽습니다.

Cons:

호텔 주차장에 주차하면 $12/night 입니다. 바로 옆에 public parking 이 있어서 이용하면 무료입니다.

Pros:

The room was nice and comfortable.

Cons:

The restaurant onsite was not good at all especially for the price of a meal. I asked for dinner bread and we were given toast bread sliced into strips.

Pros:

Beautiful property, great location, and superb staff
Pros:

MARK SALQUIST and HILDA ARIAS made such a huge difference in our "staycation". I will be highly recommending it for our out-of-town guests in the future. The location is amazing, the hotel is spacious and modern, and the service is incredible.

Grace False and Misleading Information

During a guest interaction, Hyatt employee Grace stated that no rooms were available for the requested date. Subsequent independent verification revealed that rooms for the same date and property were actively available through Booking.com. This directly contradicts the information provided to the guest.

This incident raises serious concerns regarding employee honesty, adherence to booking accuracy standards, and fair treatment of guests. Providing false or misleading availability information fails to present a true and fair view of hotel inventory and undermines Hyatt’s integrity, transparency, and brand trust.

First time at Hyatt Centric
Pros:

First time staying at the Hyatt Centric brand and did not disappoint. Room was clean, hotel was very nice, and front desk staff were friendly. Only downside is there is a $20 per night parking charge but this is common for the area. There is a lot behind the hotel and you can park there at no charge. We stayed for an early morning appointment at Stanford Medical Center and the drive wasn’t bad. Lots of places within walking distance to the hotel.

Clogged sink and inattentive (lying) staff
Pros:

My wash sink was clogged when I checken in however, it was late already so I paid no mind until the next day when I requested for a maintenance service in the morning and no one came. Went out for lunch at 12pm but checked by front desk to bring up the issue again, she paged for maintenance and I left. I came back 5 houra later to find that my sink is still clogged so I went to front desk (different shift). I brought up the clogged sink again and that I requested for maintenance twice, however, the lady with an attitude told me that maintenance came at 9am. I told them that it's not possible because I was in my room the entire morning until I left for lunch at 12pm. She kept insisting that it's on the report whether I believe her or not. Then she followed with a sassy, "what do you want me to do? Do you want me to call for maintenance again?" At that moment I was already fed up and just said to forget about it. While she comped my parking, it doesn't erase the fact that their hotel staff is just full of incompetent employees (some with attitude) who either need more training or should not be working in the hospitality field ever.
