The property lacks life and buzz
Pros:

Seems like a new property . Bed was comfortable. Good room service.

Cons:

Inadequate toilet supplies and they had provided for only one person where as we had booked for three but only two checked in . There is no life in the property . When we returned to the hotel right after the T20 WC victory the lobby was dark and there was one staff on the front desk looking at the screen unmindful of our presence without even looking up . We had a welcome letter in the room with someone else’s name written on it . There was no moisturiser in the bathroom . We had a low quality wooden stirrer in the room to mix our drink . Inappropriate furniture in the room . A huge round dining table and a curved sofa in the room occupying lot of space . Wonder why we need that . Apart from that we have an officer chair as well as a single seater with a detached leg rest . Room much furniture in the room . Asked for a strong Cappuccino but I was served a coffee that was so light containing mostly milk . The breakfast spread and the quality of the food could improve.

Do not know … only slept reached late night.

BUT … THE HEAD COOK NEED TO UNDERSTAND THE ROTI MAKING … also morning Uthappa was worst during breakfast.
Thick Punjabi roti … dough has to be dense with minimum water—- heated in tandoori or oven gradually —- so that it cooks evenly all along thick ness. Also 2 nd time late night in room service I got was roti inside wet dough .. skin to black burnt.

Same way UTTAPA was from dough very thin. As expected skin. Was cooked rest. Inside watery.

All 5 star cooks usually fail … they should spend couple of months on a Dhaba

Overall the hotel has a great ambience and is very comfortable and they serve amazing breakfast.
Pros:

The room was well spacious and had a good view and was clean. A super deluxe breakfast; a feast to start your morning that invigorates you and wants you to stay longer.

Cons:

Staff behavior at check-in who almost rejected me a room and told me the did a personal favor when I was a document shot in my id. The valet staff who seemed judge-mental and kept staring at my guests.
