I would like to sincerely appreciate the honesty and professionalism of Mr. Sovan sarkar from the housekeeping team at DoubleTree by Hilton, Ahmedabad. During my stay, I had unknowingly misplaced one of my earrings while I was out of the room. I wasn’t even aware that it had fallen off and assumed it was lost.
To my surprise, when I returned, I found the earring carefully placed on the table in my room. It was only then that I realized it had come off earlier. This thoughtful gesture truly reflects Mr. Sovan’s integrity, attention to detail, and dedication to his work.
In an industry where trust and guest experience matter so much, such actions make a lasting impression. His honesty not only helped me recover something valuable but also reinforced my confidence in the hotel’s service standards.
I am genuinely grateful for his effort and would like to commend him for going above and beyond his duty. Employees like Mr. Sovan are a true asset to the organization and play a key role in creating memorable guest experiences.

All over we were served better and warmly and vibes were positive and were hospitilised very calmly by mr. sachin.
The room is very nice, neat, and kept clean by Sovan. The food is really amazing, delicious local cuisine with a great selection with both vegetarian and meat options. The hotel personnel are friendly and always helpful. There is a good shuttle service too.
Let me share my review for these 10 days stay in double tree-
It was an amazing experience and atmosphere here,with clean rooms and awesome services..and what to say about people ..they were simply amazing amazing behaviour..It seem like family here ..would like to mention the names with the lovely people I have interacted with such as Asmita,Disha,Gagandeep,Deependra,Pijus,Yogesh, Tilakraj, Neeraj,Rahul, Addas, Karani and lots others..heartiest thanks for making our time awesome here.

Seems like a new property . Bed was comfortable. Good room service.
Inadequate toilet supplies and they had provided for only one person where as we had booked for three but only two checked in . There is no life in the property . When we returned to the hotel right after the T20 WC victory the lobby was dark and there was one staff on the front desk looking at the screen unmindful of our presence without even looking up . We had a welcome letter in the room with someone else’s name written on it . There was no moisturiser in the bathroom . We had a low quality wooden stirrer in the room to mix our drink . Inappropriate furniture in the room . A huge round dining table and a curved sofa in the room occupying lot of space . Wonder why we need that . Apart from that we have an officer chair as well as a single seater with a detached leg rest . Room much furniture in the room . Asked for a strong Cappuccino but I was served a coffee that was so light containing mostly milk . The breakfast spread and the quality of the food could improve.
