Nous avons passé un séjour globalement agréable, mais plusieurs éléments nous ont déçus. Lors de la réservation, la description de la chambre ne correspondait pas à celle que nous avons eue : nous avions réservé une chambre double standard, mais les équipements mentionnés semblaient appartenir à un appartement, ce qui a créé une confusion. La chambre en elle-même était propre et correcte malgré quelques petits défauts (douchette cassée, porte de placard endommagée).

Le vrai point fort de cet établissement reste le personnel, toujours souriant, accueillant et professionnel. Les petits-déjeuners étaient également excellents, variés et copieux.

Malheureusement, les deux dernières nuits ont terni notre expérience. La première, un mariage a eu lieu jusqu’à 1h30 du matin — bruyant mais compréhensible, nous étions en vacances. En revanche, la seconde nuit a été extrêmement pénible : une autre fête s’est poursuivie jusqu’à 5h du matin avec un niveau sonore insupportable, surtout que notre chambre était au premier étage. Nous n’avons reçu aucune information préalable à ce sujet, ce qui aurait au moins permis de nous organiser ou de demander un changement de chambre. C’est dommage car ce manque d’anticipation et de communication a fortement impacté la qualité de notre repos.
