Location
One of the elevators didn't work.
Spacious room
Would be better with breakfast included.
One of our rooms was not ready until almost 5 p.m.
The room was great. The bed was so comfortable. The pool area is awesome. Gardunos for dinner was great. The property is in the best location. All of the staff were awesome.
Location is great. Friendly people.
Room is large and clean. Restaurant is perfect for Albuquerque.
The hotel is part of Heritage Hotels family. It is an old hotel with remodeled rooms. Beds were clean and comfortable. Bathroom cleaning requires more attention. Elevators were dated, slow and only one of them was working. Parking is convenient especially at the back of the hotel. The location worked well for us. It was close to high way and easy to visit old town. This was not a bad stay but you may want to check the next door, Hotel ChaCo belongs to the same chain, for a better stay. It is an average stay for what you pay.

Dirty old hallway carpeting
Refigerator did not have a freezer sectiom in it.
I resent the addition of the "Resort Fee". Just put it into the price of the room. We did not use any resort services!!
Beautiful hotel in a great location—mill district. we ate at the restaurant in the hotel and it was very good. The pool was fabulous— perfect temperature, so clean and in a beautiful setting. The rooms were super clean—no “hotel” smell … great shower—again, clean and functional (wide sink area to put your things—shelves, etc). We loved it. Very beautiful. CLean. Great service. Highly recommend.
Great location and excellent service. Don't miss getting some food at the Sawmill Market. We had a great weekend get away shopping in Old Town which was only a few blocks away.
This hotel is charming with a friendly and welcoming staff. The grounds, lobby and exterior are all lovely. The bathroom was clean, modern and stylish. The bed was very comfortable. Our room was quiet, and we enjoyed balcony views. Parking was free and more than adequate and convenient.
We arrived into yown early, and were allowed to check in right away. Even though we had the least expensive room option, it was very nice. I loved the Keurig in the room, and the free coffee in the lobby during morning hours. The real wood fireplace makes the whole ground floor smell wonderful.
The bed frames look like they could eaasily handle queen sized beds instead of full. Seems like a good upgrade that could be made.
