The food was very good. Staff was friendly and accommodating.
One elevator didn't work, wait times for the other were sometimes long. Didn't like that the bathroom door opened right into the room and first bed. Room price was high, not a good value. Corridors outdated.

We love this hotel. The ambiance, decor and fantastic staff make this one of our favorite hotels. I’ve never stayed in a hotel where all the staff really seem to enjoy their jobs. Kudos to management for helping make this the type of environment every services industry should strive for.
We were here for an event. Event staff was second to none! Great thanks to all especially Liana, Garrett, Jeba, Josh, Kevin and all the staff who made our meetings wonderful! The meeting space is great and the rooms very comfortable.

Spacious room
Absolutely outstanding on all levels. The rooms were impeccably clean, the desk staff and all of housekeeping along with security were beyond nice and gave us the impression they really liked their job.
The location is perfect for walking into Old Town. The Mexican restaurant on-site, Gardunos was absolutely the BEST cuisine I’ve had in a long while. The best. We will return.
The room was great. The bed was so comfortable. The pool area is awesome. Gardunos for dinner was great. The property is in the best location. All of the staff were awesome.
