Clean , fancy and fantastic staff
Great location walking distance to Old Town. Lovely older building and wonderful amenities at adjoining property, Hotel Chaco -- nice gym and beautiful pool area.
We overheard the check-in staff introduce herself, offer a choice of a higher floor, and gift complementary cookies to the party in front of us, who had booked their King room with balcony via Expedia. She did none of these things for us. When I inquired about a room on a higher floor, she mumbled something about the kind of room we booked - so, apparently, if you book a double room without balcony, you can expect inferior customer service. All the other staff we encountered were very nice.
Very large property that has interior architecturally interesting spaces, nicely landscaped outdoor spaces, right next to Old Town. Staff was friendly and helpful. Beds were comfortable. In room coffee service which included dairy creamers in small refrigerator.
These are really small nits: We had a room with two full size extra long beds. Two queen size mattresses would have been better for the three of us. While Bathroom was well appointed and updated, it was small.
Location, large room, very friendly helpful staff , dog welcome treat
Love the location next to Old Town. Beautiful lobby. Staff is delightful. Very clean!!!
Traffic can be really bad on the street.
Clean and comfortable and quiet
Only one elevator was working at the time of my stay so there were long waits.
Amazing hotel in the center of Old Town. Staff was very professional and the rooms extremely comfortable. I highly recommend this hotel
I made three room reservations at this hotel for a family celebration of life. The website said one price per night but when I continued the price went up a LOT. So I called the hotel reservations directly. As I was making reservations and receiving the confirmation email I noticed a $276.90 charge per room for tax recovery charges and service fees! This was in addition to the $484 sub total for 2 nights. Also I still would have to pay a $24.92 resort fee once I checked in. The whole time I was on the phone I was never told about these extra charges. Wow! A regular room with 2 double beds ended up costing $760+ for both nights. Needless to say I ended up canceling all three rooms and going elsewhere. I'm sure the hotel is nice but not for all the "hidden" extra charges. $$$$$
We loved Albuquerque and this hotel. Old Town and the Sawmill Market are right next door. The staff are amazing. So kind and accommodating. There is complimentary coffee in the lobby every morning, but also a coffee maker in the room. We loved the pool, gym and beautiful lobby! Parking is free and easy. We will return!
