Pros:

Great stay for a family reunion. Great hotel in an excellent location between Old Town and Saw Mill. Nice to be able to us the gym and pool nextdoor at El Chaco. We will be back for sure!

We were on the 9th floor and the hot water wouldn’t make it up. They told us to let the water run for 10 minutes in order to get it warm

A lovely hotel in a perfect location to enjoy Albuquerque with an exceptional staff.
Pros:

The property is in an excellent location to walk to Old Town, the natural history museum and the Sawmill. It is a short drive to the biopark. The facility itself is lovely and well kept, but what made it exceptional was the staff who were warm, welcoming, helpful and continually went above and beyond to make our stay memorable.

Cons:

No negatives.

Amazing stay in Old Town
Pros:

Hotel Albuquerque is the best hotel in the city and maybe the entire state. From the friendly front desk to super clean rooms we enjoyed our stay from check in to check out. Such a great location for visiting Old Town and Sawmill.

Pros:

This was one of the worst hotel experiences I've had. While the staff initially seemed friendly and welcoming, that attitude disappeared when it came time to resolve actual issues. There was no sense of urgency or accountability.
The air conditioning unit was extremely outdated and barely cooled the room. A maintenance worker came to look at it, but nothing was done to improve the temperature, leaving the room uncomfortable throughout my stay.

The room itself was in poor condition. It was dusty, the furniture was old and worn, and everything felt neglected. For a hotel that positions itself as a higher-end property, I expected much better. The hotel should invest in updated air conditioning systems and replace the outdated furniture to match the price guests are paying.

To make matters worse, when I checked out and shared my concerns with the two employees at the front desk, they were more focused on their conversation with security than listening to my feedback. I didn't feel acknowledged or valued as a guest. Unfortunately, I left very disappointed and would not stay here again.

Nice hotel in good location
Pros:

We stayed here for 2 nights and found the location to be very central. The hotel was clean and tidy and check in was easy. The staff were helpful and friendly. We would stay here again.

Best hotel staff!!
Pros:

I have never been so well taken care of and considerated during a hotel stay as I have been here. From the wonderful Samm at the front desk, to Tony in room service! All staff were wonderful and kind- the facilities were clean and had attentions to detail! I loved my stay and will be returning!

Awesome hotel in a great location!
Pros:

Great spot! The room was perfect, spacious, clean, and Modern but NM culture well blended in. The location was great with close proximity to the Saw Mill to eat and drink and hang with friends and family! Will definitely be visiting again!
