The best hotel
Pros:

We love this hotel. The ambiance, decor and fantastic staff make this one of our favorite hotels. I’ve never stayed in a hotel where all the staff really seem to enjoy their jobs. Kudos to management for helping make this the type of environment every services industry should strive for.

Great location with wonderful meeting space and lovely staff!
Pros:

We were here for an event. Event staff was second to none! Great thanks to all especially Liana, Garrett, Jeba, Josh, Kevin and all the staff who made our meetings wonderful! The meeting space is great and the rooms very comfortable.

Best Albuquerque hotel
Pros:

Absolutely outstanding on all levels. The rooms were impeccably clean, the desk staff and all of housekeeping along with security were beyond nice and gave us the impression they really liked their job.

The location is perfect for walking into Old Town. The Mexican restaurant on-site, Gardunos was absolutely the BEST cuisine I’ve had in a long while. The best. We will return.

We had a great time at this hotel.

The room was great. The bed was so comfortable. The pool area is awesome. Gardunos for dinner was great. The property is in the best location. All of the staff were awesome.

Beautiful hotel
Pros:

This is a very beautiful hotel with a magnificent lobby. The room itself is a good size with plenty of space and is well maintained, clean and comfortable. The bathroom looks newly remodeled. The front desk staff were very friendly and helpful. The hotel is located right across the parking lot from the Sawmill food court building and is also an easy walk from Old Town. I would stay here again.

Great experience all around
Pros:

This has been such an amazing stay!! Super close to the airport. The hotel room was in clean and comfy. The toiletries are superb and it’s the little touches that really count.

The restaurant staff was friendly and the food and drinks were good.

I’m here on a business trip. The attached conference space makes it easy to keep everything onsite. That made it really easy for me being 10 weeks out from a hip replacement.
