Gorgeous property with clean rooms, no carper and cool windows that allow you to see from mountain to mountain
Just as a person with a shellfish allergy, the restaurant is really close to the elevators and the shrimp smell permeates some times
Great building with lots of positive atmosphere. Terrific views of ABQ and Sandias. Staff at every turn, front desk, restaurant, and housekeeping do a wonderful job of taking care of guests. Food at the restaurant was excellent for dinner and breakfast. The grounds are lovely. We will be back.

The room was nice, the pool was enjoyable and the staff was nice, specially Michelle.
No microwave in the room. We asked for one, twicw, twicw they promised tto send it but never did. Very poor directions to the pool. They really need at least one more sign for it.
Also they did not honored the price that Booking.com gave me. They charged different for each day based on "occupancy" that was what they said.Also booking .com said "that was the price, "includedtaxes"but I was charged taxes at the hotel. Vey unhappy to pay $143 for a room on one night and $172.68 for the same room for the next day!! they said to talk to Booking.com about this. Do you have a solution?

I loved the courtyard, the main hall and the design of the room. I very much appreciated the security team actually roving the property exterior all night.
It would be nice if the room service and gift shop prices were lower.
The experience was absolutely amazing, the staff was very friendly and the amenities great.
