Room shown on apps with window while placing confirmation but once reach room given without window n itry warm n tooks about 15mint to get chill n best part room located on another building about 4 doors from the reception desk...no lift service n need to climb steep stairs.....overall not too good place to stay

I've got nothing to say .....not too nice to stay at this hotel due to many reasons

Pros:

I check ked in at 12pm with extra charge of rm 30.00
N I checkout at 5pm coz the room ventilation. 5 hrs air-conditioning no cooling n almost im sweating.
After no choice I checkout n book room in another hotel

It's good if booking.com refund the money
