Raport calitate preț excelent! Foarte aproape de autostradă. Micul dejun este foarte bun mult peste medie. Parcare gratuita pe stradă in fața hotelului.

Relativ neu renovierte Zimmer.
Komfortable und sauber.
Bad klein aber fein.
Für den Standard sehr gutes Frühstücksbüfett und in diesem Bereich sehr gute Mitarbeiterinnen.
3 verschiedene Bereiche wo gefrühstückt wetden kann. Diese Bereiche sehr hochwertig eingerichtet.
Bei Spätanreise noch einen Parkplatz bekommen und Empfang war sehr gut.

Cons:

Houskeeping kontrolliert die Zimmer vor Anreise nicht. Um 8.30 Uhr will man das Zimmer sauber machen. Pech wenn man da im Bad ist. Um 10.15 Uhr das gleiche Spiel. Es gibt nichts, wo man an die Tür hängen kann und eine Freigabe von der Rezeption ist auch nicht vorgesehen.
Das Zimmer war schon länger nicht belegt und der Duschsiphon war trocken. Der üble Geruch verschwand erst nach dem Duschen.
Es gibt kein Betthupfer und auch kein Wasser zur Begrüßung.
Ein herzliches Willkommen ist ebenfalls nicht im Zimmer zu finden.
Bei Abreise wurde ich gefragt, ob alles in Ordnung sei. Ich erwiederte und teilte das mit dem fehlenden Türschild und dem Houskeeping mit. Die Dame war nicht wirklich in der Lage damit umzugehen. Die Nachfrage ob da kein Türaufhänger wäre?? und dass sie das dem Houskeeping meldet war alles.
Profis machen das anders.
Eigentlich ein perfektes Hotel, wenn da nicht das Houskeeping und das zum Teil ungeschulte Personal an der Rezeption wäre.
Und ein Betthupferl mit einer Begrüßung ist das mindeste, was man als Gast erwarten kann.
