В этом отеле всегда всё отлично.
В этот раз не понравилось то, что нужно было каждый раз обращаться к персоналу за всем, т.е за полотенцем, за халатом, за зубным набором, почему то даже мыло закончилось.
I didn’t like anything about the property. It needs to improve.
Staff was not helpful. When we reached at 6am after our late night flight, the room door just wouldn’t open after multiple rounds of going up and down charging the key again and again at the reception. After which we were given another room with same defect which finally opened with a staff’s master key that was given to us and to top it all the room was not ready.
The location. Next to Kok Tobe. Lot of good restaurants close by at a walking didtance. The breakfast has a large variety.
Rooms are small for the price you pay.
Central location with very friendly staff. We have arrived before check in time and we have 3 small kids, the staff was super helpful and provided room for us without any additional pay + we got the upgrade to a bigger room which was amazing. Hotel has a nice clean pool and spa facilities. Breakfast is very good and not too busy.
Gym was closed during the time when we were there
Заселили в 14:00, раньше времени. И когда по всему городу не было света, в отеле все работало! Молодцы. Чисто, в центре. Мы не первый раз тут. Довольны.
На ресепшен очень внимательный и причтный персонал👍
в номере нет даже воды. завтрак не включен
Если нужен халат, приходится отдельно звонить на ресепшен и просить его принести. Также воды в номере не было — за ней тоже нужно обращаться на ресепшен.
Понимаю концепцию отеля с акцентом на экологичность, но в плане удобства для гостей это не совсем комфортно.
