Обожаем этот отель , ни раз тут останавливаемся , топ локация , персонал всегда приветлив , всегда готовы и рады помочь . Хочу выделить молодого человека с ресепшен, Арманд 🤩 очень круто нам помог с размещением для нашей большой семьи , подсказал и рассказал много плюшек для будущих поездок . Мы остались очень довольны , дети в восторге от бассейна , в шаговой доступности Кок Тобе 😍. Спасибо всему персоналу 🫶🏻 вернемся еще ни раз

Wonderful stay, will definitely chose it again for my next trip.
Pros:

Extremely friendly and helpful staff. The room is equipped with everything that a business traveller needs, nice hair dryer (very important for me personally and for anyone with long hair) - I hate it when hotels save on hair dryers, rooms are nice and comfy beds. Great location.

I recently stayed at Novotel Almaty City Center and was very satisfied with my experience.

The hotel is located in a great area — right in the city center, with everything you need nearby: restaurants, shops, and attractions. This makes it an ideal choice for both tourists and business travelers.

The room was clean, modern, and very comfortable. I especially appreciated the comfortable bed and good soundproofing — it was easy to get a great night’s sleep after a busy day.

A special thanks to the staff! They were very polite, attentive, and always ready to help. Check-in was quick, and any questions were resolved promptly.

The breakfasts were diverse and delicious, with a wide selection of dishes for every taste. The restaurant atmosphere was pleasant, and everything was well organized.

Overall, this is one of the best hotels I’ve stayed at. I highly recommend it and would gladly come back again!
