Cons:

I booked the hotel via Booking.com and ensured that breakfast was included in the rate. However, in the morning, I discovered that breakfast wasn't included. At the same time, my colleague paid the same amount for a similiar room, which included breakfast. There was no water in the room, and the iron did not function. I requested assistance with ironing; they delyaed it and later, over the phone only promised to replace the iron. There were no compromises or attempts to alleviate the inconvenience. Unfortunately, this hotel is on my personal blacklist because the service is far below expectations.
