No ea facil el manejo del televisor en el cuarto.
Quartos confortáveis e limpos, equipe sempre disponível, café da manhã e restaurante muito bons. Tudo muito consistente.
O ar condicionado poderia ser mais forte, mas não afetou a estadia.

Me gustaron las instalaciones, la comodidad de la cama y que todo estaba muy limpio. En general, el lugar es cómodo y agradable.
Lo que más me molestó fue la falta de control sobre los huéspedes. Había ruido constante en otras habitaciones, personas haciendo vida social en los pasillos como si fueran un patio personal y niños jugando a altas horas de la noche. No hubo ningún tipo de control, lo que hizo muy difícil poder dormir hasta tarde en la noche. Además, a las 6:00 a. m. sonó una alarma; quizás no fue culpa directa del hotel, pero no recibimos ninguna explicación sobre lo ocurrido.
No me fue posible descansar.

No me gustó q mi habitación quedaba al lado de un cuarto de servicio y se escuchaba el agua correr, bombas y no permitían un buen descanso en la noche
Excelente la atención y buen desayuno
La habitación asignada no contaba con insonorización adecuada, entraba todo el ruido de la calle, está ubicado cerca de una zona de fiestas asi que toda la musica y la vibración y el ruido de las conversaicones entraba a la habitación hasta las 2- 3 am aproximadamente, es una zona con alto trafico de vehiculos lo cual tambien se escuchaba con claridad, al tiempo que transitan chivas con musica a alto volumen.
La recepción
La habitación muy pequeña y falta de limpieza.
Dañado algunos objetos del baño, sonaba como una fuga.
