Buen hotel y excelente desayuno.
Pros:

La atención previa fue increíble, me ayudaron gestionando un taxi de confianza durante mi estadía en Quito. El desayuno es muy completo y variado. El personal operativo y de limpieza son muy amables. La habitación es bastante cómoda.

Cons:

Mejorar la atención de algunos colaboradores:
1. En el check in me consultaron (con asombro) si deseaba la habitación matrimonial, cuando previamente YO la había reservado. Se vuelve incómodo para una pareja gay estas situaciones, más aún con otros clientes en la recepción.
2. Falta de asesoramiento por parte del personal del restaurante, consulté hasta qué hora atendía el restaurante y me indicaron 20:30; a mi regreso al hotel me sorprendió que si estaba abierto las 24 horas, solo que tiene un menú reducido en la noche y madrugada.

El peor hotel en que he estado! por casi una semana y mantuvieron su pésimo servicio ...Que desastre ! ...La factura tiene errores, Imposible dormir, te dejan esperando más de una hora en la cena y al fin no te traen el pedido, del desayuno ni hablar. Igual tampoco les importa... lo único bueno es no tener que volver

La cocina cierra a las 10:00 pm. Quince minutos antes (9:45 pm) ya no atendían porque no querían quedarse tarde (considero que no deben engañar a huéspedes)

Localização, custo-benefício, café da manhã muito bom, o restaurante é uma ótima opção para jantar, staff muito gentil.

Cons:

Eu sei que é um Ibis, mas o quarto é pequeno e não tem frigobar.
