Que, a pesar de que era posible realizar el check‑in antes, me dejaron sentado en el lobby por más de una hora y media. Me di cuenta de la situación porque, después de mi llegada, ingresaron dos personas y les hicieron el check‑in sin ningún inconveniente. Al ver eso, me acerqué nuevamente a recepción y recién en ese momento procedieron a hacerme el check‑in. Una experiencia realmente lamentable para mí.

Very good option for non expensive rate hotel
Pros:

The hotel is close to metro station and has free parking. Nice lobby-reception including bar at front.

Cons:

Thee ed room is too small compare to other hotels for same price. Room closet is very tiny.

El servicio del restaurante personal cordial, el resto pésimo que cambio con el hotel Quito.

Cafe de Ibis, nunca nos brindaron. Ni supe de ello.

Cons:

Llegaba de viaje, mi hija enfermo, me quede varios días, tuve emergencia y nunca me apoyaron con una agua de te, que no tenían servicio a la habitación y si pedi a farmacia, tenia q bajar a retirar y las de counter ponian mala cara. Terrible, no hubo nadie q apoye con bajar las maletas.
