clean, quiet, orderly entrance/exit from hotel

Our family uses this hotel each time we come to Staunton/Harrisonburg are where other family members live. It always meets expectations

Thin walls, terrible breakfast

Great location, friendly staff

Cons:

The walls were extremely thin so I hear my neighbor's loud music. The breakfast bar was kind of awful too, the pancakes tasted like cardboard

Pretty goo/ would stay there again
Pros:

Friendly staff, clean room, decent breakfast

Cons:

There must be some kind of reward system as there were bags with water behind the counter
. I was not offered one, or explained how to get it.

My room was near the elevator so I heard that, footsteps in the room above, and loud a/c.

Bel hôtel mais frais exagéré pour le chien 🐕 !
Pros:

Chambre et salle de bain très propre, fonctionnel et confortable.

Cons:

En arrivant, je me suis fais dire qu’il y avait $25 pour les « incidentals » et pas de frais pour notre petit chien. Ce matin, lors du départ, ont voulait nous charger $75 pour le séjour du chien de 14 lbs à ma grande surprise 😳. Finalement après une longue conversation avec la gérante du service à la clientèle, elle ne nous a pas chargé après le fait ! Je trouve ce montant exagéré… nous avons payé $25 au Confort Inn à Syracuse et ce soir au Hilton Savannah c’est aussi $25 pour le chien

Comfortable, clean, conveniently near the highway.
Pros:

Liked the coffee and tea service and the great breakfast options. Comfortable seating areas.

Cons:

Would have liked a recliner bike in the gym. Didn't care for the bright blue and yellow color scheme

Beautiful in lobby

Cons:

I got trapped In elevator for 30 minutes. No help by phone. All electric was dead. I had a panic attack and brockout in total havies before going to a wedding. They only offer 1000 bonus points but it it takes 50000 for a free night. I feel a free night would have been better for a hotel that cost $375 a night
