I recently had the pleasure of staying at the Sheraton Dubai Creek Hotel, and I must say, it was an unforgettable experience! From the moment I stepped into the lobby, I was greeted with warm hospitality and impeccable service.
The rooms were spacious, elegant, and perfectly appointed with all the amenities I needed. The views of the Dubai Creek were simply stunning, and I loved watching the sunset over the water.
The hotel's staff were friendly, attentive, and went above and beyond to ensure my stay was nothing short of exceptional. The breakfast buffet was incredible, with a wide selection of delicious dishes to suit every palate. Staff such as Ramesh and Joyshi went above and beyond to assist us.
The location was perfect for exploring Dubai's historic sites, and the hotel's proximity to the creek made it easy to take a traditional abra ride or stroll along the waterfront.
The Hotel need to do more to accommodate early check ins as a lot of flights arrive in Dubai early in the morning.
Overall, I would highly recommend the Sheraton Dubai Creek Hotel to anyone looking for a luxurious and memorable stay in Dubai. Five stars isn't enough – I'd give it ten stars if I could!
Comfortable hotel in the old Dubai Creek area close to airport and ferries to markets. Room was clean but had a stale musty smell of old cigarette. Some air freshener would fix this

Older 5 star hotel but with good breakfast option and promenade walking
Everything about this hotel was perfect: clean rooms, fantastic food,etc. Best of all, every employee we encountered was cheerful, knowledgeable, and empathetic. A fantastic experience. Will definitely return.

Good Hotel in bas district

A wonderful hotel that is a 10 min ride to downtown. Great restaurant and bar options and the breakfast buffet in the morning was impressive. Shiiani at rhe buffet was incredibly helpful!

The Sheraton Creek with a creek view is my favorite hotel in Dubai.
All the staff from the entrance to the reception desk, restaurants and housekeeping are courteous and efficient. The Lobby Cafe and Vivaldi Restaurant serve delicious dishes.

The traffic is bad so getting to restaurants 5km away can take 30mins.
