Incroyable hôtel
Pros:

Les chambres sont très propres. Le cadre est magnifique comme sur les images un séjour incroyable proche des arrêts de bus et des petits commerces. Le petit dej délicieux

Rien à signaler sauf que certaines personnes de l’accueil ne sont pas très chaleureuses

Nice hotel in Mallorca, staff improvement necessary
Pros:

Location is very good, pool nice, bar awesome, room quiet, comfortable beds, cleaning all the time in the rooms, in the lobby, in front of hotel… all in all good stay!

Cons:

The receptionists are not the kindest, never a good morning, a hello, a how are you, a smile… in hospitality these are important things and can influence whether or not guests come back! Room for improvement! ;)

Soit disant 4 étoiles, Le ménage était médiocre , poubelle vider mais pas changement de poche jamais le sac poubelle est rester le meme 5 jours.
plein de fourmis dans la chambre sur les draps dans la douche catastrophique bruit et musique toute la nuit aucun lit double pas de place de parking pas de fer a repasser il faut attendre des heures et payer 30€ de caution pour en avoir un , le sèche cheveux est ancien ne sèche pas du tout c’est un accessoire de poupée.
La chambre rempli de poussière à l’arriver sous le lit j’en parle pas et tout le temps de mes 5 nuit aucun ménage juste changement de serviette et draps et en plus ils sont usée

Anlage sehr gut - Personal verbesserungsbedürftig.
Pros:

Lage war Optimal - 8 Minuten zum Strand und ca. 30 Minunten zum Megapark. Wir hatten die Suite gebucht - war eher ein etwas größeres Zimmer aber ausreichend. Ausstattung war modern und stilvoll. Pollanlage ist auch Top.

Cons:

Die Zimmer sind unfassbar hellhörig- man kann die Zimmernachbarn immer und überall hören. Die Handtücher wurden nur 1x ausgetauscht und es gab zu wenig große Handtücher. Anlage generell ganz gut aber durch das Personal wurde die Stimmung etwas gedrückt. Sehr unfreundlich, keine Erklärungen beim einchecken- mussten alles selbst suchen und bei Nachfrage wurde launisch geantwortet. Ebenso konnte man einen Streit zwischen Gast und Abgestellter im Frühstücksraum mitbekommen. Es wurde lautstark diskutiert, als der Gast ging wurde mit den Angestellten weiters lautstark über diesen Gast gelästert. Solche Dinge sollten professionell gelöst werden und nicht vor den anderen Gästen ausgetragen werden.
