Pros:

An sich ist die Unterkunft extrem sauber und sehr schön eingerichtet. Ich hab sogar Bilder gemacht von der Einrichtung, weil ich so schön fand, dass sie es zu Hause auch machen möchte. Jedoch sind gewisse duschen offen so dass immer wieder Wasser auf den Boden fliesst, was sehr mühsam war aber wie gesagt, die Sauberkeit ist extrem gut und Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis ist auch sehr top, was man eventuell noch ändern sollte ist, dass die mitarbeitenden etwas mehr Macht haben bezüglich den Zimmer upgrades, weil ich unnötig ein zweites Zimmer buchen musste, weil die kein Upgrade vom Zimmer für zwei Personen machen konnten und ich mich an Booking wenden musste. Wobei Booking auch wieder nichts gemacht hat. Also musste ich noch mein Zimmer buchen nur damit mein Freund auch mitkommen kann.

Lo mejor fue el desayuno buffet

Cons:

La habitación apenas tenía presión, salía apenas un poco de agua y pasaba de frío a agua hirviendo en segundos, pedimos que nos lo arreglaran y no lo hicieron, tampoco ofrecieron ninguna opción o compensación..

Alles super gut , von Lage bis zu Sauberkeit.

Cons:

...leider beim Duschen kommt das Wasser auf dem Boden, weil es eine halboffene Dusche ist, dafür fühlt man sich nicht eingeengt.

On est prix une chambre vue extérieure on pouvait pas dormir !!! Y’avais troooop de bruit et le matin ya des travaux dans l’immeuble en face du coup t’es obligé a 7h de se réveiller

Vraiment super
Pros:

Les équipements, salle de sport, spa, piscine, transat … le petit dej est top, personnel sympa ! Les chambres sont impeccables !
Vraiment j’ai adoré

Cons:

La connexion wifi est pas terrible.

Pros:

Hotel itself is very nice, minimalistic but cozy. I liked the area also more than for example centre of S Arenal, which is super busy, noisy and full of drunk people.
If you go more south from the hotel, there is nice pathway and roadbike, which is super chill, next to the sea, with small beach around 25 mins walk away.

Cons:

The big minus for us, was the couple in the next room, as very often they were smoking weed on the balcony, which for us is super smelly.. Lucky for us we were mostly sightseeing and we were outside of the hotel.

Lo que más me ha gustado ha sido el trato que nos ha dado Carlos, uno de los camareros de la cafetería del hotel, desde aquí mi agradecimiento.

Cons:

Las calidades del hotel en general. La ducha estaba estropeada, el poco aislamiento entre las habitaciones, se escuchaba todo. El aire acondicionado, muy poco eficiente y la potencia del secador de pelo mínima. Sin amenities, ni hervidor de agua. Casi nada se corresponde a un hotel de 4 estrellas.

Schönes und modernes Hotel mit außergewöhnlichem Bad
Pros:

Sauberkeit, großes Zimmer, sehr freundliches Personal, modern eingerichtete Zimmer, tolles Bad, Betten waren super bequem, es gab einen Kühlschrank im Zimmer, schöner Pool / Sauna und ruhige Lage

Cons:

nur eine einzige Sache: Die Zimmer sind recht hellhörig, kann also bisschen störend sein!

It was really nice for 3 nights. I could use sauna and gym so I was very happy. As for the noise everyone speaks about.
