Palma is beautiful. Worth a visit.
Pros:

Lovely hotel, pool & beach.

Cons:

Trying to find places to eat in the evening. Everywhere was too busy. Friends staying in Can Pastilla, much better location for restaurants.

Отель 10 из 10 , удобное расположение, пляж в 5 минутах пешком , и хорошая инфраструктура

This is NOT a 4-star hotel.
Pros:

The staff was very friendly. Nice balcony and great bar that's open till well past midnight. There was a dedicated cook making omelets at breakfast.

Cons:

There is NO parking (parking is a big issue in Mallorca). Pool is only open from 10:00 to 18:00. The bed, sheets, pillows, towels and toilet paper are all horrible quality. There wasn't any shower gel available. Airconditioning is cooled from a central point with no possibility of setting the temperature in your room. There was no ironing board available. The same music playlist is played by the pool every single day containing the same ~25 songs. Chilling by the pool for ~1.5 hours was enough to notice the loop.
All in all, this was not a 4-star hotel as advertised. If I weren't a decent human being I would have asked for a refund.

Celkově hodnotím tento hotel velmi pozitivně.
Pros:

U tohoto hotelu je vidět, že jde o nový hotel, podle informací z roku 2024, tzn. pokoje čisté, prostředí hotelu nově zařízené. Snídaně a večere formou bufetu, poměrně pestrý výběr, každý si vybere. V hlavních časech je trochu problém sehnat stůl na jídlo, ale to se dá vychytat. Personál bez jakéhokoliv problému, ochotný. Lehátka u bazénu dobře dostupná, nemusí se tam hnedka zrána zabrat místo.

Cons:

U bazénu je velká LED obrazovka, kde je smyčka záběrů na ostrov, lodě a k tomu hudební podkres, styl "summer vibes, chill". Problém však nastává ve chvíli, kdy jste u bazénu celý den a ta smyčka započne v 10:00 a končí ve 22:00, stále dokola. Tzn., že každou skladbu slyšíte v průběhu dne tolikrát, že ji můžete večer zazpívat s karaoke baru. :-) Bazén otevřený od 10:00 do 18:00, pro někoho to může být problém, takže to jen spíš pro info.
