La ubicacion cerca del aeropuerto y de palma.

Cons:

Dificil aparcar, lleno de guiris y alemanes jovenes gritando a altas horas de la madrugada por los pasillos y terrazas. El aire acondicionado de la habitacion no enfria. La nevera de la habitacion no enfria. A las 6 de la tarde cierran la piscina, vienes de la playa o te levantas de la siesta y te hechan a los pocos minutos.

Totally satisfied with my experience
Pros:

My room was beautiful, clean, all the appliances worked perfectly fine including the airco system, which was crucial considering the temperature outside. Great variety of dishes for breakfast and dinner, dinners especially delicious. A short (~8 min) walk to a spacious beach with all the facilities, same distance to a small cozy “hidden gem” beach.

Cons:

I personally would prefer more fresh vegetables choice during breakfast (it was there for dinner tho). Also packing a snack for early checkout could be a nice thing, that lots of hotels do provide.

Cons:

La piscine ferme trop tôt et pour les matchs de foot ça aurait été bien de projeter le match sur le grand écran en même temps que la piscine mais sinon super semaine

Pros:

Super mooi en proper hotel, grote kamers, zeer moderne badkamer. Heel lekker eten, uitgebreid, gevarieerd

Lovely hotel but be prepared for disrupted sleep
Pros:

The property had a clean and modern aesthetic. Staff were friendly and the rooms were clean

Cons:

The shower had 2 settings. Cold with no pressure or lava! There was no medium heat and in order to turn down the heat, you had to shower under a dribble of water with no pressure.

Also, there were a lot of young residents running along the halls at night making noise. A lot of slamming doors.

Interior, Technik, Pool.

Cons:

Mitarbeiter haben ewig für simple Bearbeitung gebraucht, sowohl an der Rezeption, als auch an der Bar. Ich habe über eine booking Hotline kostenpflichtig für einen Tag verlängert, was zu einer neuen buchnungsnummer geführt hat. Dies hat die Rezeption nicht verstanden und wollte mich auch meinem Zimmer raus werfen.

Beautiful hotel, great location but terrible schedules for the pool, gym and sauna.

Great staff, amazingbuffet, very beautiful amenities like the pool, sauna and gym.

Cons:

The schedules for the ammenities are terrible... 10 am to 6pm for the pool and sauna?? I barely used them because these are times when as a tourist, I'm out of the hotel. I was looking forward to coming back and relaxing in the pool or in the sauna or to work out early in the morning, but everything has a terrible schedule. Pool should be from 8 am to 10pm at least, and gym should be open from 6am, 7 at the latest.

The elevator was also very slow and felt insecure.
