Pros:

I have stayed here before and I really enjoy how clean it is. Also, the breakfast is good and I feel like it’s a good value.

Cons:

The last time I stayed there, unfortunately there was no hot water in the entire hotel. The staff apologized profusely.

Probably wouldn’t stay again…
Pros:

Cleanliness and customer service.

Cons:

The bed was too firm.

Breakfast was alright, I guess… loved the waffle maker, but the eggs were TERRIBLE, and the ham was worse than attempting to chew on rubber.

The water pressure was actually SO bad, and only spat out cold water. We couldn’t shower for our entire stay. Could’ve been due to the -20° weather, but I’m not sure… sink was the same way as the shower (no water pressure and COLD water).

horrible, would never book there again.

Cons:

staff was rude, did not have room available, and told me to leave unless i wanted to pay double. i was with a small child, and when i naturally became upset, she called her manager in front of me telling me she had an unpaying customer yelling at her and that she didn't have time to deal with it because she had "therapy" soon. Seems to be like she needs to be at inpatient therapy instead of pretending to work. we left on foot and walked elsewhere to stay

Pros:

Breckfast was delicious hot and the server smiling and very attentive to everyone’s needs, I looked forward to the next mornings breakfast which served different options all very tasty and hot.

Cons:

We were there for a little league baseball tourney, the location was perfect lessthan 5 min to the fields and traffic was nothing like the mall or south areas of the city, loved the area!!!
