Cons:

The beds were very uncomfortable and one bed seemed to be missing a boxspring. It was concave. Lucky we only needed one of the beds. Also the room was missing the ice bucket.

Absolutely Loved this hotel
Pros:

Staff was friendly and helpful upon arrival. I appreciated the complimentary drink tickets for reaching Gold Member status (I had no idea), nice surprise after a day of driving. Room was fresh and updated.

Cons:

The evening we stayed was a Saturday night into Sunday and a large group of kids checked in at about 9pm. There were adults also, but they were not monitoring the group. They were in the front lobby talking. My kids wanted to enjoy the pool to relax and unwind but we were not able to do that. When we arrived at the pool, there were 8 to 10 kids already in the water. Pretty much commanding the space. They were loud and running around. Then some other kids were in the exercise room pounding on the glass which drew kids out of the water and now they're all pounding. Then one of them brought a nerf bat and ball. They started hitting that ball around the room. The hot tub was over crowded as well. Staff wasn't around to address the situation when I went looking for them. So unfortunately, that group ruined the experience for another guest. We just left and didn't swim.
