The room was dirty, black specks on the bed, pee stain on the mattress, floor was soaking wet, bathroom shower had mold and dirt all over it, the whole place smelt like dirty feet.

*staff gave refund for pizza
*Coffee was GREAT

Cons:

One staff person doing everything
*15 min wait to check due to staff person cooking puzza and serving ice cream
* ordered pizza, pizza was way under cook. Ended up eating out
* my husband had to hook up the cable box and plug tv in
