Bed bugs poor customer service. Find somewhere else to stay.
Pros:

Room appeared spacious and clean on first glance

Cons:

My daughter awoke with more than 40 bedbug bites. We found one bedbug and killed it. Also no shampoo in the container in the shower. When I informed the desk staff upon checkout they didn't seem to care. No we're sorry or anything. Just turned around and walked away

Amazing staff great location you want to come here.
Pros:

The manager and staff were very accommodating. When their washer was not working for guest, they actually washed dryad folded and delivered my clothes to my room. That is hospitality beyond was expected.

Good hotel,
Pros:

The hotel had good facilities and the staff were excellent, the room was clean and the bed very comfortable. Good value for money and situated good for me.

Cons:

I had a room next to the laundry which seemed to be on all night so I didn't get a good night's sleep, thats the only concern
