Pros:

Absolutely amazing property, worth a stay in itself just to see it. Really feels like you've stepped back a few hundred years. Huge choice of really nice rooms all wonderfully decorated in the original style. Wonderful host and really helpful staff. Ask to tour the property and see the Pulque making room if you can

Cons:

Hard to fault it. Our room smelt a bit musty, but I don't think you can mark a property of this age down on that. The food options are perhaps a bit limited but they are optional
