The hotel was exactly what I needed for my stay. It was very local to the metro and Nord station. Had shops in walking distance. I was travelling solo so appreciated how safe the hotel felt, with needing a room key to enter the hotel and the floor for your room. The staff were friendly and polite. The room was spacious and well equipped.
An above average hotel, although the lighting in the room was poor.
This is an old hotel full of character. Our room was small but comfortable. I liked the ambience and the staff at reception were very friendly. Breakfast was very good.

Good, convenient, place to stay in Brussels.
Very average hotel for the price honestly. The entire thing needs some renovation and the mattress felt like a baloon, really not comfortable. Breakfast was ok and the staff was very nice and helpful.

Very good stay , near to shopping and restaurants. 15 minutes walk to Grand place. Gare du nord and metro are very close. Very good breakfast

We stayed here for a few nights and we wish we stayed longer. This hotel was perfect for us as we wanted to be in walking distance to montmarte and the metro.

Hotel has great individuality and an interesting history. Room was spacious and bed very comfortable.
Lovely hotel. It was beyond my expectations. Except on lady in the reception rest of the staffs were great. Unfortunately my room was not ready on time and had to wait 30 mins at lobby. The staff didn’t put any effort to compensate the delay.

A bit awkward to find down the small street, obviously to no fault of theirs my phone died and I was left to ask a taxi driver where abouts it was quite late on, confortable beds, good breakfast and a decent gym for a hotel, good location for Brussels Noord train station and the tootbus sightseeing stop is a 2 minute walk which i would recommend to anyone interested in seeing Brussels during their stay, reception area is very nice but rest of the hotel is pretty dated

But it gets noisy from next room.
