Pros:

Très bel établissement, zen, peu de chambres

Cons:

Il.faudrait des cafetières dans chaque chambre, des problèmes d'eau chaude et de clim. Il a fallu nous changer de chambre au bout d'une nuit.

Lugar agradable con muchas cosas a mejorar fácilmente
Pros:

Tamaño de la habitación y comodidad de las camas

Cons:

1- El desayuno solo ofrecen 1 opción fija y si querés otra cosa tenés que pagar incluso con restricciones alimenticias querían cobrar pero ante nuestro disgusto y luego de un intercambio de opiniones dieron una solución.

2- El aire acondicionado no enfriaba correctamente y si no fuera por el ventilador de techo hubieramos tenido calor. El ventilador de techo solo funciona a máxima velocidad por lo tanto hace ruido

3- la canilla del lavatorio del baño no tiene presión, sale muy débil

4- el cuarto tiene un tv muy pequeño para su tamaño y es muy antiguo sin acceso a plataformas

5- la piscina parece mucho más linda y grande en las fotos que en la realidad

Lovely hotel and pool, but breakfast was the worst we’ve experienced in 9 weeks in Mexico!
Pros:

A lovely hotel with a great swimming pool. Nice big balcony outside the room with comfortable furniture to relax in.

Cons:

Without doubt, the breakfast was appalling. Supposedly breakfast was included in the price….BUT you have no choice …first day it was 2 pancakes (COLD) and the second day it was scrambled eggs (COLD). Of course they offered a better breakfast which you had to pay restaurant prices for. Very very poor and completely misleading. We expected better from a hotel of this price and quality.

Pros:

Zeer ruime, mooie en propere kamers. Correcte prijs/kwaliteit. De directe omgeving van het (kleine - 6 kamers) hotel is inderdaad, zoals op veel plaatsen, onverzorgd en wat verpauperd. Je denkt zelfs bij aankomst dat je verkeerd zit. Maar je bent verrast van de totaal andere indruk als je de (schuif)deur van het hotel binnenkomt. Het enige, wat onbegrijpelijk, minpunt is het ontbijt. De 3 dames die het ontbijt verzorgen zijn supervriendelijk, maar het ontbijt op zich is teleurstellend. Het vele fruit is in Mexico superlekker en heel goedkoop, maar daar is niets van te vinden op het ontbijt. Verder geen brood of toast, geen yoghurt, geen keuze. Spijtig voor de totale uitstraling van dit hotelletje.

Pros:

La taille de la chambre et de la salle de bains, l entrée dans l hotel et le fait qu il y ait un espace personnel devant la chambre

Cons:

Au niveau du petit déjeuner inclus, le thé n est pas un choix possible. C est en supplément !
C est bon mais ce n'est pas très copieux.
Dans la salle de bains, les odeurs d égout sont tres fortes.

Stunning pool, not the best value
Pros:

Loved the pool and design of the hotel. Very quiet and peaceful. Amazing shower. Large room.

Cons:

We had to check out at 7 am for our tour to chitchen itza. We were informed at reception that included breakfast is only available from 7:30 am to 9:30 am. We asked for fruit and bread and coffee at 7 am and they said no. We could only get coffee if we paid. It was a 30 min difference. I have never experienced this at another hotel. Lousy policy.

Cuando hicimos el ckec out nos hicieron esperar para ellos compró se la habitación . Es la primera vez que nos pasa en años y además no se dieron cuenta (hasta pasadas unas horas ) que nos habíamos dejado un polo .

- Sehr nettes Personal
- ruhige Lage & man ist trotzdem innerhalb von 10-15 Minuten im Zentrum

Cons:

- Zimmer hellhörig
- Das Frühstück war sehr einfach, am 2. Tag gab es z.B. nur Pancakes.

Amazing property and lovely staff.
Pros:

The room was lovely and the staff is very kind and helpful. Clean rooms and a great breakfast service each morning. The ladies were very patient with our broken Spanish and worked with us in English.

Cons:

Cold shower. Had hot water for maybe two or three minutes.

Sympa mais pas exceptionnel
Pros:

Chambre spacieuse et très propre
Emplacement super avec le supermarché juste à côté et pas loin du centre à pieds
Belle piscine, agréable (froide)

Cons:

Un thé au petit déjeuner ? 85 pesos!! café inclus par contre … mais je n’en bois pas, je dois donc payer !

Toujours sur le petit déjeuner, il est vraiment très sommaire. Si vous voulez quelque chose de « classique », c’est payant !(et cher)

Pas de possibilité d’avoir un petit déjeuner à emporter, pour visiter Chichen Itza c’est incompatible car il faut partir très tôt (50mn de route). Un peu de flexibilité aurait été grandement apprécié

Pas de bouteilles d’eau dans la chambre, payantes à l’accueil

Les chambres sont mal insonorisées entres elles, et les vitres « craquent » dès que le soleil se lève.

Et le personnel vous presse pour être sorti de la chambre à 12h tapantes…

Schöne und riesige Unterkunft in Valladolid!
Pros:

Sehr gemütliche, heimelige Unterkunft. Der Außenbereich ist eher auf der kleineren Seite, aber wirklich sehr lieb gestaltet! Das Zimmer ist riiiesig! Das Personal ist sehr nett und bemüht! Und das Frühstück sehr ausgiebig. Die Lage des Hotels ist sehr gut - man erreicht in wenigen Minuten zu Fuß die Innenstadt. Und es gibt einen schattigen Parkplatz.

Cons:

Hatten ein paar Flecken auf unserem Leintuch. Der Ventilator ist sehr wild und nach dem Reinigen wurde das Zimmer immer sehr einparfümiert. Und im Badezimmer gibt es eine Bodenmatte und einen Duschvorhang - was ich persönlich nicht als so hygienisch erachte. Die Regendusche ist wirklich beeindruckend, aber leider sehr verkalkt.
