great location, room was fine. It could have been cleaner but was not a mess. It was a typical small NYC hotel room. The on site Starbucks and included allowance was nice.
The room could have been larger and associated parking less expensive. We went two blocks away and paid half of what we would have paid through the hotel. The check-in process was not wonderful. There was a line literally out the door.

Gli ascensori sono pochi rispetto alla richiesta, e tocca fare 10-20 minuti per scendere o salire. Abbiamo prenotato una camera quadrupla con colazione inclusa, ma quando siamo arrivati in hotel ci hanno detto che solo 2 persone potevano usufruirne, quindi non abbiamo potuto fare colazione tutti insieme!! La cosa terribile però è stata che abbiamo pagato il soggiorno al momento della prenotazione, e poi quando siamo tornati dal soggiorno la struttura non ha tenuto conto del pagamento e ce lo ha riaddebitato (circa 2300 euro per 4 notti!!!!!) Dopo 1 settimana attendo ancora il rimborso.....

Very dated. Extremely busy long wait for breakfast due to queues and not very good menu considering price.
Also I could could not call reception for room service due to broken phone.

The location was great. The bed was very comfortable.
The room wasn't cleaned properly, there was hair in the bathroom. The hotel didn't have face cloths and when requested, I received another set of hand towels. The room had a tiny refrigerator almost the size of a cooler. There was only one working elevator for the wing I was assigned. We paid for the breakfast and we waited about 20 minutes to get seated. Definitely overpriced with all these discrepancies, I thought I was staying at a low rated hotel.

No tenian lista la habitacion, y veniamos de un vuelo atrasado, llegamos pasadas las 9 PM, y no tenian habitacion para nosotros.
Nos hihicieron pagar un fee de $70 que ya habia sido pagado a Booking.com. Nunca devolvieron ese dinero, ni el hotel ni Booking. com. Pesimo.
