They took from us more money and they didn’t returned back more then we pay at the booking 30 bd
the property was 1 block from Times Square
Horrible check in process. Was told my room was ready but I could not check in until 4:00pm. I was willing to pay another day to check in early. Told no. Waited in a line (spanning the entire length of the property)for over 30 minutes because everyone was told to check in at four. 2 hand towels ONLY in the room, no blankets, 1/2 roll of toilet paper, broken air conditioning, HAD TO REQUEST these BASIC items. The blankets brought were actually mattress pads. Bed was low because it was a box spring and one of those memory foam egg carton toppers…. no discernible mattress!!! I was charged $150 TWICE as a deposit and am STILL fighting to get that money back.

Vai ger di 35 dollari da spendere al ristorante ed era obbligatorio .
Solo chiamando il manager di e chiarito che questi 35 dollari giornalieri erano già compresi nel pagamento previsto. Peccato che nella riservazione non si pallasse di questo vauxher gompreso.
Ma se io non mi fossi accorto me lo avrebbero fatturato lo stesso …

Slow check in. Took almost an hour. Line was out of the door. Needs maintenance/upkeep. Having a microwave in the main hallway on the floor is just plain tacky.
A really good experience.
Coffee shop was a bit chaotic in the morning. Signage may be needed to make it flow better. For night time, I was told by friends that the servers were kind of rude when ordering to go...perhaps it was a fluke.
