The hotel is a great location close to central park and a short walk to the center of times square.
The room was okay for the price. The mini fridge was on the floor, some of the electric plug ins were hanging out of the wall, and the shower handle detached just from wall just by bumping into it. We were a party of 3 and the hotel had a $35 food voucher that was a “use or lose” situation but you can only use it for the hotel breakfast restaurant that was nearly $60pp or the coffee place/hotel bar restaurant at night. You do get some free water bottle vouchers to use at the gift shop so that was a plus. We were on a pretty high floor but the rooms could certainly use a little updating.
Gostei muito do tamanho do quarto, o café da manhã bem completo e o hotel uma localização boa.
Não gostei da demora dos elevadores, tinha dias que eu ficava uns 30/40 minutos esperando o elevador, também o café em um espaço muito pequeno para o tamanho de hóspedes.

Liked the hotel location and lobby was fabulous
Room was not as expected. Water spilled on bedding prior to check in and made wet. Had to call at night to have it resolved. Shower curtain left in sink. Housekeeping didn’t service room u til very late evening. Coffee maker had no plug to use except on widow ledge. Hair dryer balanced on knob in bathroom near open shower, no GFI in sight, locks on doors recently upgraded but appeared to keep us locked in until security came - said they’re new and someone should have told us. Never received the destination things that I had to pay for and no refund - said there was no destination charge on the room.
It is not hotel, it is misunderstood, you must fight for breakfast, stuff didn't understand.
Don't take beakfast included version as they will charge for it later again and they don't care you paid or not.
If shortly don't stop hear, better pay litel more go to oter hotel.
I liked the convenience, the room, the Staff, and the amenities.
The only negative was there was no refrigerator in the room but it wasn’t a deal breaker because my stay was only one night.

The hotel is old and outdated, the lobby is crazy feels like a market ,the vendors outside on the sidewalk, we use to stay at this hotel years ago and is is sad to see what has become of it
