Vib Best Western Sanam Pao

the location is excellent!!!it is located a few meters away fron the BTS Station "Sanam Pao"....the bed was very comfortable....the air-condition good power.....the bed had 2 pillows each side(i liked it a lot!!!)...the bathroom it was good(i write after what i didnt like)...the toilet had door that separates from the shower(i liked it a lot!!!)in the lobby had a little gym and i saw a room that yoy can play with Playstation!!!has a mini fridge and has bathroom robes....has TV(normal size)..and a little desk.....The room not too big but clean and tidy...
beacause i am big guy i could not close the glass door from the shower!!!the shower was mall!!no balcony...no swimming pool....no closet(just some hangers in the wall)...the pressure of the water in the toilet(to clean your "behind") not strong pressure and in the shower the water suddenly change from cold to hot and back again...

There was an issue with the Internet on the smart TV, but that's understandable. I accidentally lost my key and they wanted to charge me 300 Thai Baht. I understand that was their policy and it was my mistake, but i spoke to the manager and he kindly waived it. Great stay, especially for solo business travelers... Also good breakfast...

Ploy, Chok and Canna were great at their service. I stayed in this hotel for 6 times and I really enjoyed it and very close to the Phya Thai 2 hospital where I mostly visit for me and my family. Just a slight issue regarding their smoking zone where I needed to stand in the corner of their parking and ATM booth, it affects the smokers for sure 😀

Location is good although rooms are small.

Location is good as just next to the BTS Sanam Pao station. it is a few stations to Chatukchak and Siam station. Have a 7-eleven near the hotel. But, not much eating places around.
Room is not big but new and comfortable. Bathroom is big. Have a nescafe machine in room. Toiletories provided with slippers too. Have a cafe at lobby area. Check in and check out is fast and no deposit needed. Overall, it is good value to stay.

Excellent looking place, great service by miss Yves at the check-in counter. The location of the place is great, nearby the siam area. Also very easy to travel by the BTS train, it's right next to it. The room is good, large enough, perfect for short term stay.

The front desk staf Win, Elle, and Bank are all very polite and well-mannered. They speak clearly and provide helpful explanations. I always choose to stay here whenever I return to Thailand because of the convenient location near the BTS, just one stop away from the Airport Link. The price is also reasonable. I’m truly impressed.

The location is fantastic. I caught the red train from don Mueang to bang sue, then a blue train to chatuchak park, then the green train to sanom pao and as I got down the stairs to street level the hotel was right there.
You can’t hear any of the rail or traffic within the hotel. The hotel is lovely. A great price. Clean. Warm, helpful and friendly staff. The rooms are spacious and have a great layout. My only concern is there needs a little more space at the end of the bed to walk around the bed. Also my shower leaked a little on to the bathroom floor, an easy repair. I had great sleeps and the pillows were nice and soft. Great for a stomach sleeper. There was a room safe and mini fridge. Is absolutely stay here again!

Prime location, beside sky train station and easy access to everywhere in Bangkok. Service is also good and bed is very comfortable. Price is not expensive and hope to have a chance to revisit with family and friend in near future when I have plan to Bangkok

Excellent location right by the skytrain and on the edge of Ari. Lots of good restaurants and coffee shops nearby. Clean, modern, well equipped rooms. Nice relatively spacious bathroom. Pleasant area downstairs to do some work or e-mails. Very helpful staff.

Loose the carpet if it can’t be maintained. Seemed to give a moldy smell in the corridors otherwise great staff good service.

The hotel is heartless not to give any compensation for my hotel cancellation at all. I have been very ill and couldn't check in. I will not stay at this hotel again.

Best location, food and strategically convenient to stay, provided you don’t mind the room size. Located right in front of Sanam Pao BTS. Stayed there for 8 days in June 2023.

Reasonably priced for its location and quality.
Nearby restaurants and convenience stores.

Cons:
Rooms may be compact, which might not suit big family or group travellers

The room is clean and in a great location, as it’s close to the BTS Sanam Pao station, making it easy to travel to various places. The staff are friendly, attentive, and helpful.
Jan gave me great advice on how to travel around, which made my experience exploring Bangkok even better.

This Hotel is extremely close to the BTS station Sanam Pao.
You can enjoy the Ari area which is full of nice restaurants and cafes by walking or BTS(only 1 station away)

Moreover, all the staffs(Bank,Ploy,Mew,Elly) were welcoming and very friendly. They were ready to help you.
Very satisfactory place to stay.

This is the hotel you must book when in Bangkok. Location is great with the BTS Station just outside the hotel. The rooms are clean & tidy. No complaints!
The staffs are commendable. They are very dedicated & helpful. We had a lost luggage that was left behind in another hotel in Khao Yai. Vib's front desk staffs assisted us in tracking & retrieving this lost luggage from Khao Yai to the post office & to their hotel. Thank you so much, Vib Vest Western 🙏🏻

I got to my room and the noise from the street was terrible. They give you ear plugs if you ask. Ok room and nice bathroom but not very clean. The side of my bed had caked on dirt on the floor. As I checked out there was apparently damage in my room. I got some lipstick on the pillow slip and I need to pay for a deep cleaning. I’ve never heard of that and reception didn’t speak much English. I paid and left. The breakfast was good.

The hotel's location is very nice. This time, I arrived too early, but the staff (Khun Jane and Khun Ann) were able to find a room for me to check in early. I really appreciate their assistance. I will definitely visit here again next time. : ) : )
