Worst room and pathetic attitude Not coming here ever again.
Pros:

I recently stayed at ITC Maurya, New Delhi, booked through Booking.com, and unfortunately my experience was extremely disappointing.

Despite having a confirmed booking, the hotel took almost 15 minutes at 6:00 PM to locate my reservation at check-in. This delay made us late for our next meeting, which was very inconvenient.

I was told that I had been given an upgraded room as a Marriott Bonvoy Gold Elite member, but honestly, the room did not feel like an upgrade at all. It was very small, with a narrow passage, barely any space to walk, and a poor view. The room felt cramped and underwhelming for a hotel of this reputation.

The amenities were also not up to the expected standard. There were only two 500 ml water bottles in the room. The bathroom was not well appointed, and even basic items like a comb were not available. The curtains looked old and dull, which added to the overall disappointing feel of the room.

Overall, this was far below what one expects from ITC Maurya. For the price, reputation, and brand value, the experience was not satisfactory at all. I have stayed in much simpler hotels that offered better room comfort, better upkeep, and more thoughtful service.

Poor Hotel - Hyped
Pros:

poor hotel rooms (very small), Dirty carpets in room and very unhygienic..1970s furniture in room (definitely need upgrade)..Hotel is Hyped ( having host big Celebrities). Bad check in experience all the time I have come here. Breakfast sitting is fine but needs to have varieties in their menu. Location is fine near Dhaula kuan but huge traffic jams in the morning and evening. Staff are professional but sense of belongingness is missing . very limited parking available at hotel... Its like Government hotel. Highly disappointed. Housekeeping staff are superb and highly professionals.

Sincere team with high integrity
Pros:

Rating high for the sincerity and proactiveness shown by ITC staff in taking care of guests. Had left some valuables in the locker by mistake -- was duly informed in time by the team and they took utmost care of these till someone could go collect. Appreciate their integrity and service focus.
