Pros:

The buffet breakfast had a great selection of local and international cuisine. The staff was helpful and attentive in making sure our dietary requirements were well taken care of.

Cons:

The check in process was very slow, not sure if it was a manpower issue on the day of check in or it was their systems. The rooms were a bit dusty, perhaps this is an area that requires a little more attention to detail.

It’s become very old property now it’s time to renovate
Pros:

Breakfast not up to the mark worst thn 3 star hotel very small restaurant staff is writing the name in register and telling wait outside … really nonsense
Staff is not at all professional

We booked this hotel because we stayed at ITC Ratnadipa in Colombo and the hotel and service was goo
Pros:

The first room provided was really bad. Bathroom was dirty and very uncomfortable shower. Air conditioning was not working and I have to a technician at 4 am to fix it. We were very tired after 5 hours of drive from Agra and was disappointed

Unfortunately Pavilion was full at 9.30 A. M.
We had to settle for the alternate venue. It was not as good.

Pros:

Food and room was comfortable

Cons:

Room wasn't fully clean as there were a lot of bugs and small spiders
And i asked several times to change my room as it was next to the staff room And was very noisy but no one responded to my request
