For the Executive Queen Room (Club Level), the overall value for money is not particularly compelling. It is acceptable, but not especially competitive given the price.

Excellent stay for anything & everything- family, work,business, leisure . Truly a five star ⭐️
Pros:

Great service by all staff, exceptionally by duty manager AYUSH that assist us throughout our stay and always went extra mile to make our stay comfortable. Even i noticed his behavior same with other customers. All other staff at reception, security, in-room dining, Pavilion restaurant, cleaning staff all are trained well to treat customers with respect and kindness. Hotel is beautifully designed with pool, huge garden for kids & family, 3 lounge (bar - 2 of them allow kids), Spacious Rooms, excellent staff service, lounge access, made-to-order in room dining, business center services. Thanks to hitel management to keep the customer first spirit in all employees ❤️

Not worth the money spent

Shiva who cleaned the room was amazing! The room was lovely…beds were comfy

Staff…feels like if you are a British Indian, you are frowned upon there. I had lounge access on booking.com it didn’t say i had a time limit but at front desk they said only 6-8pm…thats ok but when i went to lounge they said i need to pay without even taking my room number…felt really degraded and uncomfortable and couldn’t wait to leave… even food in the Pavilion was the same everyday… last nights noodles were put out for breakfast…its horrible and boring
