ITC Maurya, a Luxury Collection Hotel, New Delhi

Pathetic room service. I called multiple times to get someone to fix the coffee machine and ac. They didn't send anyone for 30 minutes.

Exceptional hospitality, very spacious room, great and super quick room service and a hugely attentive staff make one's stay here truly comfortable and memorable. Totally worth the price!

Great ambience ,amazing food and excellent behaviour of staff

We been to ITC pavilion with my family and my 2 years old son to dine in. The staff is very polite n nice in service except when I asked for baby chair which they didn't had so there comes some lady manager called Pooja bhandari who firstly spoke politely but when my husband asked to get the baby milk to be warmed she very rudely answered which we never ever expected!
We were shocked that what kind of manager that young lady Manger (pooja Bhandari) ITC has hired who has no manners to speak with the guest

ITC is a brand n never expected any Brand to have harsh & rude Manager's like this .Big disappointment

We were at pavilion where the service was good but at the time of billing this Manager Pooja Bhandari came to us and spoke very rudely and she’s not at all polite nor she has any hospitality ethics. We got gobsmacked that how ITC has appointed rude very unprofessional person in hotel line .
We are coming to ITC since 20 years and never ever faces any issue but this time really disappointed
You as ITC Should take a serious action and should not have Managers like this , who’s actually putting ur Repo at Stage .

ITC Maurya in Delhi, India is one of the best hotels I’ve visited and has definitely lived up to our dreams and expectations. Manager Garvit and Oindrella Roy assisted us to our needs perfectly and made this to better than ever! This place has amazing hospitality and made it feel like we were living in a castle.

Moreover, The Pavilion in ITC Maurya was one of the best dinings and buffets we have ever been to! We came here for breakfast and dinner and the food was absolutely splendid! This place had the best foods in the world, serving a variety of cuisines from around the world. Anything I thought of was almost surely available. The waiters and waitresses here met our needs perfectly, giving us what we want and when we need it. In specific, Mr. Naresh Kumar.. he assisted us amazingly during our dining and made sure our dinner was one of the best dinners we have had yet. He has amazing hospitality and made our dinner absolutely fulfilling.

All in all, ITC Maurya is a must visit hotel and I would definitely recommend staying here whenever you come to Delhi. Once again, shout out to Mr. Garvit, Ms. Oindrella Roy and Mr. Naresh, who have all made our stay comfortable and for sure memorable!

Wonderful dining experience. Love the personalised attention that Shailaja gives during breakfast time, and addresses my requests on live counter. She carries Purani Dilli charm!
