Excellent service, Especialy Keith @ the restaurant. Hospitality at its best !

The room ac did not work and I was not able to sleep for a while.. apparently they had not checked the filters for a while.. while they upgraded me midnight to a different room the mosquito unit was empty and so that again did not work.
The good thing was Keith at the breakfast section was accomodative and let me have a coffee before I stepped out for a meeting and upon returning I could have my breakfast..
Thank you Keith and there need to be more people like you who take care of the customers going the extra mile. Kudos to 35 yes of service..

This is in the heart of the city a very good and beautifully maintained property.

Break fast has a good spread. The South Indian dishes are made to order and served to the table efficiently. Keith who took care of us in the restaurant was very good. Wishing Keith all the best as he is set to retire

Great location! 5 minutes from St. George's Cathedral and 5 minutes from Marina Beach. The hotel was quiet and peaceful. The art depicting city architecture is perfect. The rooms were clean and well furnished. Laundry service was fast. The breakfast buffet was excellent and included several options. All in-house restaurants were excellent. The hotel staff were helpful and polite - Keith, Yoyo, etc, I don't remember all the names. We had a very pleasant stay!

Had a wonderful experience, we had a club room, it was very comfortable. The staff was very kind and friendly. Special mention of Keith who was part of the staff at welcome cafe marina. He was very polite, friendly, gave us suggestions and was extremely helpful.

Keith took amazing care of our family, the service was very good

Stay at ITC was excellent including the food and service. Location is perfect. Central to key shopping and dining spots within Alwarpet, Nungambakam, T Nagar. One doesn't need to go anywhere else. Every member of the staff was excellent. I would like to specially mention Keith whose professionalism and warm service made our dining experience each day that much more enjoyable. He wouldask everyday if we are having a good stay and dining experience. Congrats to Keith on his long and commendable service at Chola/ITC! People like him is what makes us want to come back and stay here.

We had a good experience at this hotel.
The breakfast buffet was excellent. The kitchen crew and staff at the restaurant were prompt and attentive.
The travel desk organizer, Mr, Judimaran was extremely helpful and went above and beyond to make our stay comfortable. He efficiently arranged our car pick-up and drop-off at the airport, as well as transportation around the city, which made our trip much smoother and stress-free. His assistance was invaluable and really enhanced our overall experience. Thank you, Judimaran.
