I had high expectations of indulging in a luxurious five-star stay. Unfortunately, my welcome was overshadowed by unexpected valet parking fees and limited parking that left me searching for a space across multiple floors or paying to park under the sun.
Additionally, I had anticipated a welcoming gift from a friend, but the reception staff's refusal to accept it without prolonged persuasion was disheartening. Having stayed at various hotels in Bahrain, including those of lower star ratings, I’ve always received a level of service that was absent during this stay at a well-known hotel chain like yours.

The room was damp on arrival. We also reported that the shower was not draining properly, which was subsequently fixed.
However, was rudely awakened in the night by management who accused me, incorrectly, of smoking in the room and setting off the fire alarm. Also barging into the room whilst my wife was in bed. In my sleep. Most likely due to the prevalence of dust in the air con.
The final straw was sharing the bathroom with a cockroach in the morning.
Highly disappointed from a supposed higher than average brand.

We are so unhappy with the check in experience... the queue is horrible and the room was not ready at 4:30.. they offer a lower quality room otherwise we have to wait for 30 min so they clean the room.. we did not come to manama to spend most of time waiting for horrible hotel management

We asked to talk to the manager several time.. he hardly spoke to us without finding a solution... like if we are asking for favor
We have an appointment at 4:45 and we won’t be able to catch up with it
all what they said is that the duty manager is helping in room cleaning..very poor customer service
Honestly, i am a customer who need a room he reserved and I don’t really care who participated in cleaning.. finally, the room was very small and the bed quality is poor... it looks smaller than king bed
The property has experienced a down grading of service in recent years, with lack of staff a key indicator. As well, the quality of service received is not up to the expectations of a Sheraton brand hotel. The biggest disappointment was with the service received at the Executive Lounge. Not only was staff missing or not well trained or experienced but also missing was the food, drinks, glasses, plates, etc.

When i arrived to hotel my booking was not showing at the hotel. I called your line after half an hour and 16 min international call cost me 43 $ they were able to check me in

25 m swimming pool was the only great thing since I hadn’t missed my daily lapping exercise
the room I have booked and they handover it to me was 2 star maybe less. the condition , size, scratched baroque floor, no bath top no slippers .
after I spoke to the reception, they have changed the room to accepted one.
Comfortable hotel - excellent staff - helped with everything from lending me a phone charger to calling cabs to giving advice about getting to the F1 race. The shuttle service running from the hotel makes it really convenient
Negatives - It seemed expensive by comparison to some of the newer 5* in Bahran, breakfast is 18 (equivalent to £36 each, very expensive!)

Thursdays with entertainment was excellent and very good value for money 10BR PP +wine or drinks. Breakfast was over priced far too expensive.
I have bee staying at the Sheraton Bahrain quite regularly since 1995 and I have always liked the hotel. On this stay, although the public areas are still great, my room was really getting tired - the bathroom really needed an overhaul and hopefully this is underway. Staff as friendly as efficient as ever though
i have never stayed in this hotel since 2010. This year I booked at the Sheraton and I enjoyed my stay there. I recommended it. Perfect location and very friendly staff.

Family spent Christmas in the hotel. Both Buffet Christmas Eve Dinner and Christmas Day Lunch were great. Restaurant staff were attentive and welcoming. Would do it again
