My room wasn't cleaned all day. I was out all day on Friday when I returned, room wasn't done so I called the front desk to advise cleaners to clean around 4pm on the 27th February 2026. Then on 28th February 2026 I was out all day. There was no room cleaning. I got back to the hotel at 10:30pm and the room was as I left it in the morning. Very poor customer service.

The hotel was great, in a convenient location and the service was fine
Pros:

Everything went well, the room was a king room with a king bed and they gave us a complimentary breakfast. Couldn't have asked for more

Convenient location lacking in shine

Cons:

Finding popcorn on the floor of our bedroom was a bit of a yuck moment. You don’t have enough sun loungers for more than a handful of guests.

Exceptional staff
Pros:

The staff were super helpful. Our tv wasn’t letting us stream so the front desk sent up a maintenance man straight away. He fixed the issue and was so lovely.
