all ok, except as follows

Cons:

TV wasn't working properly; no plug in the bathroom basin, the coffee machine needs calibrating for water quantity. I think it was never done, and the toilet soft closing lid needs adjustment or replacement

Disappointing.
Pros:

The position is perfect. Quite close to city without having to go to far from main roads

Cons:

There were no robes. We had to ask for them. The rooms are looking very dated. Took forever for the water to run hot. Limited options for in room dining. Staff lovely.

Scammer $455 for not ordered food, very dirty and ran down. Management scamming guests

Scam with services- they added non existing food and beverage s, failed to explain what for and just charged without consent card for $455.
Place ran down and very dirty. It’s 3 star in 3rd world , not what usual Sofitel

Very convenient and pleasant.
Pros:

Great location when coming from and going to the airport. Very good service, good food at the restaurant and very clean.

Cons:

The WiFi isn't very good so we used our phones as hubs. The taps in our bathroom sink were incredibly difficult to turn off.

Relaxing, enjoying and just a fantastic weekend spent in a fantastic hotel.
Pros:

My favourite thing was the pillows. Crazy I know but they were just as I like them. So soft and pliable. Room was large, bathroom clean. The bar and food extensive and delicious. The facilities perfect as was the destination to the city centre. Easy walking. The staff were 10/10. I could not fault anything.

Excellent experience, loved the restaurant for breakfast every morning.

Absolutley amazing. Could not ask for more.
Pros:

Staff were professional and friendly. We ate lunch and breakfast in the restuarant and had coctails in the bar, everythng was amazing. Room was gorgeous.

Hôtel fortement recommendable à Brisbane
Pros:

Petit déjeuner buffet au top.
Emplacement : même si ce n'est pas indiqué (on s'est fait avoir les premiers jours) il y a un escalator dans l'hôtel qui amène directement à Central Station et Anzac Square plutôt que faire le tour par la rue.
Chambres spacieuses et confortables.

Cons:

Problème de coordination entre les équipes de la réception et de ménage.
Le service des chambres se fait assez tard : parfois après 14h... pas top quand on revient pour se poser après une excursion matinale.
