Excellent stay
Pros:

Very comfortable spacious room. Excellent breakfast. Ability to walk from Brisbane Central train station directly into hotel makes for an excellent location.

Cons:

I’d like the ability to charge devices while using them in bed by having power points and USB outlets at the bedside tables.

Pros:

L’ambiance, le personnel aux petits soins, la chambre super agréable. Emplacement au top au niveau de la gare centrale.

Cons:

L’hôtel a juste oublié de nous fournir le lit pour enfant que nous avions demandé. Mais le lit a été assez grand pour nous 3 😉

Pros:

Location at train station is excellent.

Cons:

Seems like it’s needs a renovation. Bathroom was older, weird smell on floor we stayed, staff were okay, but not exceptional-booked in two bookings-they could not align-even after an email was sent and I reminded when checking in-

A great location to commemorate ANZAC Day
Pros:

It’s beautiful & the location is great.

Kiki on Reception was fantastic. She was friendly, positive & made us feel very welcome at check in.

Cons:

Valet was a little expensive but very efficient.

booked a month in advance. I am a repeat customer as I am there every month for work and still could not arrange early check in. having to get changed in the bathroom isnt a pleasant experience. Will try a different hotel now and give them my business.

Lovely and convenient.
Pros:

Travelling from the Sunshine Coast via train makes this the perfect location, being right on Brisbane Central Station. The facilities and staff were excellent and the pool area is large for a city hotel.

Cons:

Perhaps more vegetarian choices at the restaurant.
