Its very dirty and noisy. They doesnt show it on the pictures. We left the hotel and choose an other one.

Absolutely shocking bed was fit for skip, pool was green with just 2 tatty sun beds with no cushions an old table and one chair, in general unbelievable very noisy, location was the only plus side, looked nothing like the booking.com pictures

Really bad experience, the pool was green, really dirty water, the rooms in bad condition. Bad bad bad.

My partner and I went to Patong for vacation and had a 4-night stay here at this hotel. First, the photos online did not fit the description of the hotel we stayed in. From the outside of the building to the stairwells, and then finally to our room, everything was completely different than advertised online. Our room was filthy with black mold in the bathroom, unmopped floors, stained bedsheets, and bed bugs. We stayed a total of 14 hours in this hotel and then we booked another as soon as we could. I would most definitely not recommend it. 0/10

Det var grym personal men hotellet behövdes översyn det var gammalt och kändes inte så fräscht. Det fanns stora kackerlackor men är man i Thailand får man räkna med sådant.

Sadly this was not a good stay. The price was not really budget so I hoped for something semi nice. We got a room with a view of several airconditioning vents, it was incr adibly hot and noisy and the morning we were woken up by a man doing some work on our balcony, no warning or permission requested. Just a complete invasion of our privacy.

The pool was average and had rubbish in it and on the day of check out ten min before check out time we got a call to tell us to hurry up...

Really unfortunate, I don't like leaving bad reviews but this was beyond silly for the price we paid.

Awful bed, balcony was very small and awful view, bathroom was small and the shower was literally right next to toilet no curtain and the bed sheets were damaged. Wouldn’t not recommend but was good area

J'ai bien été accueilli et même le personnel a porté ma valise jusqu'à ma chambre. Mais attention là ou les bas blesse, si vous séjournez seul dans cet hôtel, les gérant vont vous attribuer une chambre telle que celle dans laquelle j'ai séjourné à l'extrémité gauche du bâtiment.. . Là ou les surprises commencent, c'est la vue depuis la terrasse sur le mur d'un hôtel, avec des unités externes de climatisations fixées sur ce mur...

The only good this place is location. Staff were rude and obnoxious. No help at all!
The place was filthy dirty and there is no way you would swim in the pool. Green and dirty.
Had several people complain that things had been stolen from their rooms.

Over priced and under delivered

It is not one of the worst hotels, it is the worst hotel i had visited, i went to a lot of hotels in Phuket and was good with them, not with this one.
No Hello or welcoming, no saboon or cleaning the room before, a lot of cockroaches,
The workers did not know english and there is no room service number.
The door lock is not working, when i told them that i can open it, they said dont worry we have cameras, dont be hard with the door or you will pay 20000 bat.

They said they have balcon, but it is 40 cm width balcon and have ugly view

I booked 2 nights but could not complete them and went to another hotel

This hotel is OLD. It’s small, feels very run down, and the beds are rock solid. The employees were nice but it was nothing spectacular.

The worst I have ever experienced and I travel a lot...towels dirty, Bed hard as a rock, Cleanness forget it, low low low standard. Unless you really looking for cheap then no way. Staff uneducated and trying to charge here and there extra for just a towel. Motorcycle for rent at the place but without insurance. You crash you pay all ! be careful. Breakfast ...nope, service nope, good internet nope, nice beds nope, rooms old, .....all I can its well located but thats the only positive. Good luck friends !

The hotel is fine for the price. Parking is limited to the public beach parking, so might be difficult to easily find parking during busy season. We had a car amd the staff let us park in the tiny spot right in front of the hotel, so we were lucky. The staff was very friendly. Our TV didn't work, I believe due to the TV being internet streaming and not cable, and the internet connection being too slow.

Cockroaches. I killed at least three. Plank wood bed. They will charge you for anything. Start by showing guy the list of things guy could be charged for. No ‘hello” or welcone to our hotel….just, thus us what you could be charged. Overcharged me a night. I stayed three. They charged four nights. Won’t turn down room unless you ask in the afternoon. I’ve stayed in thousands of hotels…..this is the worst by far.

I was expecting a partial seaview when i booked this accomodation but all we got was the back of another hotel and aircon units...however the location was perfect just across the road from the beach, a short walk from the markets and bustling night life of Patong and transport readily available if needed. There was a small balcony to sit out on...always a must for me! Hair dryer, shampoo and shower gel and beds made freshly on a daily basis. All in all a very pleasant stay.
My only complaint would be the charge for late check out. The check out time is 11am, we wanted to check out at 3pm as we were then heading to the airport, they wanted to charge a full days rate for this so we agreed to chexk out at 1pm..we were charged half a days rate (for 2 hours).
