Comfortable and lovely place
Pros:

The location, calm and beautiful view.
It’s not in the center of Catania, perfect if you want to stay in a clean, beautiful area. There is a bus station just near the entrance.
Very friendly staff, warm and ready to help.
The wellness area is amazing!

Big Beds and good breakfast and coffee
Pros:

We stayed for 3 nights and I will go again for sure. The beds are large and comfortable and the room was clean. Breakfast was excellent and varied. Staff were really nice and accomodating.

Cons:

The bathroom needs updating though ! We had an issue with the room safe as we could not lock it and by the end of our stay it stayed like this. But we did not pursue the matter tbh.

Functioneel (na pas landen in Catania om 20u)
Pros:

Ontbijt was heel goed
Handig dat ik aan de bar nog relatief laat een snack kon eten. Heel vriendelijke professionele bediening. Receptionist was een heel fijne professionele man!

Oubollige kamerinrichting
Verloederd gebouw naam Sheraton onwaardig
Omgeving ruig / heel ongezellig aandoend
Geen parking in / bij hotel, huurauto op straat geparkeerd ( was betalend vanaf 8u30)

Pros:

Die Lage am Meer. Wir hatten zwar 1 Zimmer Richtung Garten, es war auch sehr schön. Ruhig gelegen mit Liegen und Privatsphäre.
Unten das Restaurant ist in die Halle integriert - alles geschmackvoll und offen. Unkompliziert kann man sich seinen Drink mitnehmen. Personal aufmerksam und hilfsbereit. Garage nicht kostenpflichtig, das war allerdings im März.

Cons:

Das Wetter mit Regen Güssen, dicker Schnee auf dem Ätna. Aber das betrifft nur die Jahreszeit ;-) nicht das Hotel

Pros:

Wygodne łóżka, bardzo duża ładna restauracja ze śniadaniem. Śniadania pyszne. Ogromny plus za wyrozumiałe podejście do zmiany rezerwacji. :)
