Parking payant 18€ / nuit alors qu annoncé gratuit .. (parking gratuit disponible sur place) or il n’y a pas de place gratuite autour de l’hôtel et peu de place tout court car les alentours sont déjà complet

Hotel oceniam bardzo dobrze . Podobało mi się codzienne śniadanie 🙂. Szwedzki stół z posiłkami do wyboru . Spokój cisza i wyśmienita obsługa no i oczywiście rewelacyjna kawa ! Polecam .
Nie mam żadnych zastrzeżeń . Troszeczkę przydałoby się popracować nad szczegółami . W hotelu brakuje kogoś kto naprawiałby drobne rzeczy typu poluzowana bateria w umywalce . Są to drobne rzeczy , które psują się od użytkowania nic wielkiego .

There was a great selection of pastries, ham, and cheese at breakfast. The cafeteria served excellent coffee of all kinds.
The hotel is beautifully designed and has a swimming pool, a jetty providing access to the sea, and a spa.
The mattresses on the beds were old and worn out, with a deep indentation in the middle, which caused severe back pain.
The breakfast staff often just stood around, and sometimes it took up to 30 minutes for food to be replenished. Until 9:00 a.m., they did not clear the used plates from the tables; they only started clearing them after 9:00.
There was a huge selection of sweet pastries and cakes, but the choice of fruit was very limited — only three types were available. Some of the melon slices were already dried out when breakfast started in the morning.
The swimming pool and the jetty only opened at 9:30 a.m. Since we had training at the hotel starting at 9:00 a.m., we did not have any opportunity to use the pool, even though at least 10 people from our group would have liked to do so.

The breakfast staff were excellent: very friendly, helpful, and welcoming.
We stayed here for seven nights. The room itself was fine and the air conditioning worked well, but the bathroom definitely needed some maintenance.
On the fourth night, we found that the tap would not turn off, which caused the bathroom to flood. We also discovered a leak underneath the floor afterwards, which meant we had to change rooms.
Unfortunately, the situation was handled rather slowly. We had to wait almost half an hour for new key cards for our new room. When the staff member finally arrived, one of the cards did not work, so we had to go back downstairs to have it activated ourselves.
While we understand that delays can happen, better communication and a more proactive approach would have been appreciated. Even at check-out, no one asked if we were satisfied with everything. The only information we received was that we still had to pay the tourist tax. After changing rooms, we received no further follow-up or apology for the inconvenience caused.

Niestety pokoje wymagają odświeżenia, nie działająca klimatyzacja, minibar który nie chłodzi. Lokalizacja - może być plusem ale też minusem, zależy od oczekiwań.
We got an upgrade to a suite, it was soo spacious, absolutely incredible!! The view from the balcony was amazing and the bed was super comfortable.
Staff was exceptional and the beach access was nice!
Konumu güzel, odalar tertemiz, çalışanlar çok güleryüzlü ve yardımseverdi. Balayı tatilimiz olduğu için bizim için odaya bırakılan sürpriz şampanya ve atıştırmalıklar çok ince düşünülmüş bir jestti. Her şey için teşekkürler.
Otelin özel otoparkının günlük 18€ olması aşırı saçma. Tam otelin önündeki caddede günlük yaklaşık 4-5€ ya park yapabiliyorsunuz. Otele gelen misafirler için otopark ğcretsiz olmalı.

Purtroppo non è colpa della struttura, ma, ha differenza dello scorso anno, c'erano delle comitive che hanno scambiato l'hotel per casa loro, soprattutto in piscina dove mettevano musiche a tutto volume con casse Bluetooth, parlavano a voce altissima, e permettevano ai bambini di tuffarsi e schizzare a chiunque
