Dennoch würde ich wiederkommen,der Schlaf wird überbewertet
Pros:

Das sieht gleich am Bahnhof liegt.
Das Personal freundlich ist und das sie für meine beiden Kinder eine kleine Überraschung bekommen haben beim einchecken.

Cons:

Es ist eng und in der Dusche bekommt man das Wasser nicht richtig aufg dreht 😔

Es war sehr warm im Zimmer über Nacht ,schlafen war sehr unruhig

Brauche ich nicht nochmal.
Pros:

Die Lage zur Innenstadt.

Cons:

Das Frühstück war sehr einfach. Kaum Auswahl an Belag. Brötchen alle, Kaffee geschmacklos und kaltes Rührei.
Die Matratze war mir persönlich zu hart.

Ganz ok aber ein stolzer Preis
Pros:

Die Lage am HBF ist sehr gut . Das Personal ist freundlich und kompetent. Die Sauberkeit ist ok

Cons:

Der Unterschied im Preis für ein Businesszimmer und einem Standardzimmer ist nicht gerechtfertigt.
Das Frühstück war bereits um 900 Uhr sehr überschaubar.

Nie wieder
Pros:

Wie waren schon mehrmals im Intercity, jetzt Leonardo und es hat von Mal zu Mal immer mehr nachgelassen. Der Tiefpunkt war jetzt erreicht, wie kommen nie wieder in dieses Hotel.

Cons:

Die Zimmer sind abgewohnt, die Betten inzwischen durchgelegen und unbequem, dem Personal ( Empfang und Frühstücksservice) merkt man an, dass es keine Lust hat.
