Dissapointing
Pros:

The location is great, staff friendly

Cons:

When i arrived in room the carpet was soaking, it was late so i went to bed but in the morning had a shower and the whole room flooded. I made the hotel aware they said they were aware but thought it was fixed. So they would fix it whilst i was out for day. Came back, reception said fixed and dry, when i went to room there were 20+ towels on floor and two huge fans on full speed. I refused to stay in that room and eventually they agreed to move me elsewhere but it wasn’t easy. I also purchased a T-shirt from gift shop, he double charged me and even after showing bank charge he tried to deny, eventually i got a “cash only” refund.

Merveilleux moment en famille avec une victoire du CH en bonus :-)
Pros:

Les chambres étaient propre et l'hôtel près de notre destination. Commodité dans l'hôtel, bien apprécié un Starbucks à l'intérieur de l'hôtel.

Cons:

Les lits étaient très petit pour des hommes de quasiment 6 pied et il manquait de papier de toilette et il n'y avait plus de savon dans la douche. Nous aurions aimé avoir un micro-onde dans la chambre.

Nous avons tous bien aimé le Sheraton
Pros:

La piscine, très belle chambre, le souper au resto Stanley pour l'anniversaire d'un enfant. Déjeuner correct pour moi mais les autres personnes ont beaucoup apprécié

Great location.
Pros:

Great location, nice lobby bar, clean.

Cons:

Terrible bed with no boxspring, just a mattress on a board and sheets always untucked.
