Would stay again for the price, cleanliness and convenience.
Pros:

Clean, nice general appearance, good value for rooms within walking distance or the Centre-Bell.

Cons:

Cigarette smokers right at all the exit doors and in the parking garage every time we used them. No main floor bathrooms and locked bathrooms on floors with conference rooms in use. We also had an issue with parking after paying because staff didn’t put in our full license plate number as provided because it was “too long.”

Cons:

The STRONG smell of smoke when walking into and out of the hotel was disgusting!! Why is there no sign of having people smoke so many feet away from the building?

It was close to everything from the Bell centre to anywhere you want to go

The elevators were a little slow, but that was to the volume of people going up and down for the event not their issue

Staff responsive to needs

Cons:

1) first room was very dirty, we switched rooms the next room was cleaner but the bathroom didn’t flush however staff was responsive and came to fix toilet right away
2) horrendous self parking underground 7-9 flights
3) didn’t love that we were on the 28th floor

Hotel agradável bem localizado
Pros:

A localização é muito boa e o hotel é agradável.

Cons:

O sistema do pequeno-almoço não é bom.
A piscina interior que se quer um espaço de relaxamento não deveria ter crianças e muito menos o jacuzzi avariado.
As duas camas de casal do quarto familiar são pequenas.
A casa de banho do quarto não tem amenidades e não há robes no quarto, o que facilitaria a utilização da piscina (as toalhas da piscina não podem ficar nos quartos).

Amazing service , vibrant lobby and bar , perfect location
Pros:

The service is impeccable here and I love the lobby and bar area. Great, vibrant location too. This has become my go to hotel for my business trips to Montreal.

Pros:

Proximity to Bell Center

Cons:

The water in shower was not hot … just warm.
The coffee wasn’t great
For the price paid for the room, premium coffee and hot water are a must

Comfortable stay in downtown Montreal with great city views
Pros:

Clean and fancy hotel well located in downtown Montreal. The swimming pool is nice and right about long enough to do lap swim.
Would recommend to take the Club Lounge option for great city views at 37th floor. Breakfast is great.

Cons:

The hot tub was closed for maintenance when we were staying at the hotel.

Our stay was relaxing and fun!
Pros:

The location of this Sheraton in Montreal is fantastic. I love being able to park underground and walk everywhere. It is intimating to drive in Montreal when you are from a smaller city and we love being on foot to walk everywhere.
All the staff was so nice and professional ans super welcoming. We will be back!

Cons:

We still loved our room. But he TV welcomed another person. The shower door did not stay shut.
