Pros:

Hotel de haut standing tout est magnifique très classe très luxueux. Chambre magnifique vue sur la ville et ses building. Matelas literie top tout est parfait. Un des opus bel hotel de notre séjour.

Cons:

Le bruit de la machinerie d'ascenseur est très présent dans la chambre peut être du a la proximité de la chambre attribuée et de l'ascenseur. Étant donné la taille de l'hôtel et le nombre de chambre l'ascenseur est très utilisé.

Pros:

Tout était parfait, le personnel partout accueillant et aimable. Par contre ceux du bar restaurant au lobby pourrait surement faire des efforts pour être plus accueillant et ne pas faire sentir le client qu'il est de trop. Si le prétexte est la coupe du monde et des matchs de foot, cela n'est pas une excuse valable. J'ai attendu à l'entrée longtemps et la personne en charge me voyait et faisait la navette sans rien me dire, enfin un membre de ma famille s'est énervé et est entré et s'est assis sur la table que nous voulons qui semblait être réserver ou plutôt le coin en question était fermé.... Et voilà tout a été bon par la suite puisqu'on s'est imposer.

Manque de dévouement du personnel du restaurant bar du lobby.

Great location and good service, but the room comfort needs improvement.
Pros:

The hotel has a great location, making it very convenient for exploring the city. The staff was friendly and welcoming, and we also really enjoyed the restaurant — the food was very good.

Cons:

The mattress and pillows were quite uncomfortable, which made it difficult to get a restful sleep.

Excellent, safe, conventient stay.
Pros:

Excellent location - closest to the Bell Center, if you are in Montreal to visit an event there. I liked that there was a Starbucks branch in the same building. I also liked that any of those organized bus tours (day-trip tours) use meeting points super close to this hotel at Dorchester Square or even closer on Rue Stanley.

Cons:

If you are close to a corner room you might get families with loud children next to you. If I booked another stay I would request a quiet room far away from the bigger family rooms.

Pros:

Everything, this hotel is super clean and service was excellent.

Cons:

Nothing, to be honest… the prices went significantly up over the last year… wish it was cheaper… that’s all.

Das Personal ist sehr nett; Lage des Hotels ist super; Gym 24/7 und modern; Öffnungszeiten des Pools (6:30-22:00) ebenfalls super

Cons:

Auswahl beim inkludierten Frühstück ist eher limitiert; Zimmer sind sehr hellhörig (Straße + Lift hörbar)
