Pros:

スタッフの笑顔と対応の丁寧さ

Cons:

チェックインが遅くなる連絡もきちんと入れていたのに、部屋に着いたら、蒸し風呂のような暑さ…
節電だから？それにしてもこの時期はやめた方が良いと思う！ゲストが着く少し前には部屋を涼しくして整えるべきでは？？
しばらく部屋のドアを開けていないと部屋にいられないくらい暑かった！！
そこだけが、とても残念でした。
これは、通常のことなのか疑問？？

快適でした。
Pros:

今回で3回目の利用になると思いますが、駅から近くてアクセスもいいので利用してます。
目的地へのアクセスがわからなくてフロントの方に尋ねたら親切に調べて頂いて本当に助かりました。

Cons:

ビジネスホテルとしてはとても利用しやすいと思いますので特にありません。

Pros:

どこのルートインも朝食は美味しい　大浴場が良い

Cons:

朝食は美味しいけど、ほかのルートインはお米は機械式ではなくて、保温釜からとるからかもしれませんが
米がかためでおいしい、機械式だとちょっと団子タイプでやわらかすぎです。
