Radisson Best Hotel in Brunei

The Best Radisson Hotel I have stayed in!
Pros:

Probably the best hotel within the city and for me it was one of the best Radisson property I have ever stayed. Right from the entry gate, to check in, to the breakfast lobby, in-room dining and everything else, the service is impeccable. You will always feel extra welcome in the hotel in all areas. The staff is always very polite and very helpful. I loved every moment I spent at the hotel. Highly recommended.

The service is perfect and the personnel really helpful. Everybody is professional and especially Amaling, Rachel, Raymeen, Ismail and Hj.ziman.

Great hotel with amazing staff
Pros:

Our experience in at Radisson Brunei was very special. From the moment we checked in the staff were always at hand to help us in anyway they can and go above and beyond. Amalina, Rachel, Hj Ziman, Rayners and especially Ismail made us feel so welcome with the most wonderful Brunei hospitality.

Great hotel
Pros:

A great hotel in Brunei. Walking distance to downtown, friendly staff, nice pool and gym. The room was clean and well appointed, wifi was fast and I enjoyed the breakfast. I hope to return!

Booked 2 rooms and it was ok. Slightly disappointed that they couldn’t provide 1 room with 2 single beds, although we have already indicated our choice

Cons:

The rooms we booked were for the correct number of people and it was indicated that breakfast was provided. But was told to pay for my children (13 & 10). We did pay for all 3 days we were there but it would be clearer to indicate this on the booking page. During check-in, was also told that breakfast is chargeable only for my 10yo child. Not sure why.. but oh wells
