Staff is super friendly, in particular Jessie and Ismael at reception, and Arlyn and Angel at restaurant.
Breakfast and restaurant are varied and quite good.
Pool is nice too.

I was honestly quite worried about visiting Brunei as a solo traveller, so I chose this hotel for a bit of comfort and security. It’s on the pricier side, but definitely worth it. There isn’t a huge amount to do in the city, so having everything in one place — a pool, two restaurants, a spa, and a gym — made a big difference.

The bed was incredibly comfortable — genuinely the comfiest I’ve ever slept in. I wish I could take that mattress home with me!

The swimming pool was great, with plenty of sunbeds available at all times. There are two restaurants (Indian and Western), and I ate at the Western one twice — the food was delicious both times. Breakfast is quite expensive, but worth it, especially as they even had a separate gluten-free section.

There’s also a Brunei tourist merchandise shop on the ground floor, which is a nice touch.

The staff were all really friendly, but a special mention to Raymeen, who helped me sort out my India tourist visa. We spent about two hours on it together, and I’m so grateful for his patience and help.

I had a wonderful stay and I’d like to highlight how excellent the service and support were throughout our visit. The staff were consistently professional, friendly and very helpful with any information we needed.
What truly made the experience special for me and my children was the care and attention from two particular team members, Aziz and Arlyn. They went above and beyond to make us feel welcome and comfortable, and their kindness really stood out. They created a warm and positive atmosphere that made our stay truly memorable. Thank you to the entire team for such a great experience- we truly appreciate it and would happily stay again.

The hotel is within walking distance from the malls and the jetty. The property is very clean and the food is excellent.

We loved our stay here. It’s in a great location walking distance from many of the major attractions. The beds were really comfortable and the rooms are a great size. All the staff were exceptionally friendly and very helpful – they went above and beyond.

Radisson is the only major chain hotel in the country so I did not hesitate much to book here because for us most of the time we get more value for our money by booking chain hotel with loyalty program benefits, instead of local independent hotels. 

The common areas of the hotel were not so nice, hallways were particularly depressing, but thankfully the rooms have been renovated.  We were upgraded proactively to a suite as Radisson VIP tier guests which was greatly appreciated.  The suite was decent, no carpet and clean, functional with 1.5 bath, stand alone shower, hard to complain.  Breakfast was ok for a hotel of this level and price range.  The hotel used to have a lounge but it's been eliminated unfortunately, now they use it for events.  That's a downgrade but anyway there is no alternative chain in the country so it's not a deal breaker. Staff was friendly and chatty, more so than other surrounding countries.

Overall I would return to this hotel next time in Brunei.

The hotel was very clean and comfortable and the staff were all warm, friendly and helpful. The lady at reception (possibly a manager) was exceptionally helpful and went above and beyond when I lost my phone charger, which left us feeling very valued.

Rooms were a decent size and the bed was really comfortable. The shower was fantastic. The staff were excellent, really friendly, polite and helpful. Angel was absolutely delightful and made us feel welcome. She remembered our room number from day one and what we liked to drink for breakfast. Also Amalia (forgive my spelling) was extremely helpful and gave us a couple of recommendations for things to do, which were highlights of our trip. Ishmael on the front door was also very friendly, polite and full of interesting information.

Radisson Hotel offers an excellent stay. The rooms are clean, tidy and well-maintained. The shuttle bus service to The Mall is punctual, considerate and very convenient. The Asian food at the restaurant is delicious and authentic. Highly recommended!

Great hotel, lovely location, accessible and lovely team. Stay there regularly and recommend it. The newly renovated rooms make it exceptional value.
