Die gute Lage und das tolle Frühstück, sowie das überaus freundliche Personal im Restaurant- Arlyn, Frank und Naj
Location
Breakfast
Staff very well trained, respectful and courteous. They deserve a five star hotel to be honest.
I could hear the neighbors talk all night.
No staff at night.
The staff were amazingly friendly I felt well looked after and the breakfast buffet was great
I liked everything about the property but more frequent shuttles to the mall area would have been good. I stayed on a Thursday and Friday night so didn’t get to visit their onsite souvenir shop which was a shame
Food in the hotel is superb!
Both pillows were soft. Soft pillow is fine but one firmer pillow should have been added.
Staff is super friendly, in particular Jessie and Ismael at reception, and Arlyn and Angel at restaurant.
Breakfast and restaurant are varied and quite good.
Pool is nice too.
Very strong humidity/mould smell in the whole hotel.
Further, our room was super noisy, with a near-constant noise similar to a spinning washing machine. They sent staff, the engineer, etc to investigate and try and fix it to no avail.
Ottima posizione per visitare tutti i punti di interesse della città.
Buon rapporto qualita/prezzo.
I was honestly quite worried about visiting Brunei as a solo traveller, so I chose this hotel for a bit of comfort and security. It’s on the pricier side, but definitely worth it. There isn’t a huge amount to do in the city, so having everything in one place — a pool, two restaurants, a spa, and a gym — made a big difference.
The bed was incredibly comfortable — genuinely the comfiest I’ve ever slept in. I wish I could take that mattress home with me!
The swimming pool was great, with plenty of sunbeds available at all times. There are two restaurants (Indian and Western), and I ate at the Western one twice — the food was delicious both times. Breakfast is quite expensive, but worth it, especially as they even had a separate gluten-free section.
There’s also a Brunei tourist merchandise shop on the ground floor, which is a nice touch.
The staff were all really friendly, but a special mention to Raymeen, who helped me sort out my India tourist visa. We spent about two hours on it together, and I’m so grateful for his patience and help.
Honestly, not much to fault with the hotel itself. The main downside is the price, but considering the facilities and service, it still felt worth it — especially as a solo traveller wanting a comfortable and easy stay.
I had a wonderful stay and I’d like to highlight how excellent the service and support were throughout our visit. The staff were consistently professional, friendly and very helpful with any information we needed.
What truly made the experience special for me and my children was the care and attention from two particular team members, Aziz and Arlyn. They went above and beyond to make us feel welcome and comfortable, and their kindness really stood out. They created a warm and positive atmosphere that made our stay truly memorable. Thank you to the entire team for such a great experience- we truly appreciate it and would happily stay again.
Şehir merkezine yürüme mesafesinde.
Otel biraz yıpranmış. Banyo dardı
The hotel is within walking distance from the malls and the jetty. The property is very clean and the food is excellent.

We loved our stay here. It’s in a great location walking distance from many of the major attractions. The beds were really comfortable and the rooms are a great size. All the staff were exceptionally friendly and very helpful – they went above and beyond.
