Everything about our stay exceeded our expectations. The hotel is in a fantastic location, with a peaceful and welcoming atmosphere. The rooms were spotless, comfortable, and beautifully maintained. The food is so good.

What truly made our stay exceptional was the staff. Every member of the team was professional, courteous, friendly, and always ready to assist with a smile. Their hospitality made us feel right at home.

Amazing hotel with the best staff members. They are so helpful and recommended me with a bunch of things to do and helped arranged so many things. They also recommended me amazing restaurants and told me so much about local culture. They also kindly explained me the meaning behind the drawing. My stay at the Radisson Hotel Brunei Darussalam was absolutely wonderful. The staff here are the true highlight—always warm, professional, and attentive. The reception team made arrival seamless by providing a helpful map and local recommendations, the doormen were incredibly kind and personable, and the restaurant servers in both dining spots were highly professional. Even the room attendants were exceptionally friendly in the corridors and kept my room perfectly maintained.

The hotel’s location is hard to beat. It is completely walkable to the beautiful waterfront, the famous mosque, Tasek Lama Recreational Park, and plenty of great local eateries. Between the world-class hospitality and the central, convenient location, I had a highly enjoyable stay. I would absolutely recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Bandar Seri Begawan!

Weekend trip to Brunei. Comfortable, reasonably priced hotel located right in the centre of town. Service was good, everyone always had a smile.

Has a slight issue due to a miscommunication at one point, but this was dealt with professionally by the management team and resolved quickly.

Strategic location. Close to venue of interest. Atmosphere is great, ordered room service and the foods are all delicious! Breakfast spread was excellent. The location is very good, near the museum, Omar Ali Saifuddien Mosque Masjid, seaside; the hotel staffs are very nice and kindly, hotel has gym, swimming pool, and the breakfasts are nice, this hotel is recommended

Hotel provided very friendly & professional services, thank you to Nazifa, Amalina and Aziz. I would like to especially thank Zihan, who helped my kid when he accidentally left something at Gadong Night Market. The team acted quickly, kindly arranged a hotel car, and thanks to their help I was able to recover my item. I am truly grateful for the outstanding hospitality and kindness.

The Radisson Brunei Darussalaam is a fine place to stay right on the edge of downtown. It’s a great location to explore the center of the city and waterfront. The rooms are comfortable. The breakfast buffet is excellent. There’s a lovely pool and terrace. The restaurant has a nice menu. The hotel operates a shuttle to various malls and shopping centers. At night the shuttle route will take you close to Gadong night market - they will show you how to walk there and pick you up a couple of hours later. The night market offers a multitude of restaurants and a huge food court. The concierge will also arrange tours. Kudos to Aziz for arranging a great tour of Ulu Temburong National Park for me and for hooking me up with the nighttime shuttle. Also, thanks to Amalina and Nazifa for arranging a late checkout to meet my needs and scheduling my airport taxi. And finally much thanks to Zihad for driving me back to the waterfront to pick up my misplaced phone and for making a photostop at the Grand Mosque. The staff here is very attentive and they all contributed to making my stay pleasant.
