Friendly staff and great location
Pros:

Great location, staff were wonderful and very helpful and friendly. Room was very clean. Pool nice and food good. Location is excellent - walking distance to Regalia Museum and Omar Mosque. Would stay again!

Pros:

The water dispenser was really great and also the swimming pool was covered up all the bad experience during our stayed.

Cons:

Really had bad experience during check in time. No communication between the staff and the bellboy refused to help us with our bags. And the guy's in reception very rude when talked with us, totally shocked me to get this experience in this good reputation of hotel. It's totally zero service from this hotel, honestly it's very disappointed.

Excelente hotel en todo, amabilidad del personal. desayuno espectacular
Pros:

El hotel es un hotel que cuida mucho cada detalle: excelente atención al cliente, muy educados y simpáticos, servicio de camas excelente, la comida del desayuno (o almuerzo/cena) es continental, abundante y excepcional. Las habitación son amplias, cómodas, no le falta de nada, muy limpias, baño completo y muy cómodo. Hay piscina y gym por lo que haces toda la vida en el hotel si quieres. Las personas que atienden en el desayuno (almuerzo/cena) son muy elegantes en el trato y con una sonrisa en la boca. Quiero destacar a Arlyn, Angel y Shafiqah.

Pros:

Отель безупречный! Отличный персонал, сервис в целом. Большие, идеально чистые номера, комфортная кровать, белье, в номере есть все необходимое. Достойные завтраки. Отель полностью соответствует заявленной звездности. Это лучший отель в городе, если нужен сервис и комфорт - вам только сюда.

Small, expensive rooms
Pros:

The hotel was in the city centre, which we needed. The pool was quiet and there were two restaurants on site.

Cons:

The room was very small and did not have any outside space. Getting an extra bed for a kid costs 40 USD.

Not to Radisson standards
Pros:

Location is very good. Walkable distance to the city centre.

surprise birthday cake complimentary was a nice gesture.

Bed was clean and comfortable

Cons:

Room not very clean. I had to kill a spider and clean cobweb on first night. 3 days (and both nights) in a row there was yellow and brown water coming out of the tap. Even though they informed me that there will be water issues between 1am and 6am and to run the tap for 15 mins. I ran the tap every day for over an hour and every day the water was dirty. Instead of extending one more night I went to another hotel close by for much cheaper and had clean running water.
