Pros:

Very convenient location, spacious rooms, clean rooms, comfortable beds, very nice and helpfull staff, good breakfast. We sure recommend this hotel while been in Brunei.

Excellent hotel but watch out for Ramadan!
Pros:

Staff were very friendly, location good (15 mins to seafront). Free unlimited drinking water. Poll good and never busy. Plenty pool towels.

Cons:

We visited during Ramadan and no poolside drinks or food in public areas during fasting g hours. Room service only. This was the case in town too. Don't take expensive boat trips offered by hotel, go to the harbour and hire a boat from around 30 dollars.

Walkable location, friendly folks, good food.
Pros:

The pool, the food at breakfast and at both restaurants were all good. The Riwaz restaurant was excellent. The staff were friendly and helpful.

Wonderful Stay and Great Experience

I had a very pleasant stay here. The location is convenient, the room was clean and comfortable, and the atmosphere was calm and relaxing. The staff were friendly and very helpful. Friendly staff and great location
Pros:

Great location, staff were wonderful and very helpful and friendly. Room was very clean. Pool nice and food good. Location is excellent - walking distance to Regalia Museum and Omar Mosque. Would stay again!

Pros:

The water dispenser was really great and also the swimming pool was covered up all the bad experience during our stayed.

Cons:

Really had bad experience during check in time. No communication between the staff and the bellboy refused to help us with our bags. And the guy's in reception very rude when talked with us, totally shocked me to get this experience in this good reputation of hotel. It's totally zero service from this hotel, honestly it's very disappointed.
