L'emplacement de l'hôtel est excellent.

Le buffet pour le pt déjeuner, déjeuner et dîner sont vraiment variés.
Certains membres du personnel sont sympas...comme la femme de chambre où a la réception. Mais certains sont froids. Tout dépendra sur qui vous tombés.

Cons:

Si vous n'êtes pas italien ou ne parler pas italien, évitez cet hôtel. Beaucoup de choses sont écrites que en italien...comme le programme des activités de la semaine.
Heureusement pour les buffets, c'était écrit en français et anglais aussi.

Mais il manque le sourire a beaucoup des membres du personnel

L'hôtel a besoin d'une rénovation sur certains points.

Struttura Meravigliosa
Pros:

Tutto perfetto. La struttura è molto bella in una posizione invidiabile, fra due spiagge bianchissime. La Pulizia e la manutenzione sono impeccabili ovunque, dalle stanze al ristorante, dai giardini ai bar sulle spiagge, ma sopratutto nei servizi comuni ubicati in tutta la struttura. Cibo eccezionale in tutti i sensi, ottima la qualità e molto ampia la scelta dello chef italiano che ci ha viziato per 10 giorni. Spiaggia con lettini molto bella e pulita tutti i giorni. peccato per il mare fronte hotel non dei più belli. Devi allontanarti di qualche centinaio di metri sopratutto con bassa marea per avere acqua limpida. Escursioni organizzate in modo perfetto e con accompagnatori professionali e molto preparati e dispinibili. Animazione superlativa...ragazzi giovanissimi e bravissimi, che intrattengono gli ospiti in spiaggia con tante attività e con tanta energia e simpatia senza essere mai invadenti. Soggiorno oltre le aspettative. Consigliatissimo!!!!!!

1.Piccola nota dolente: il wifi nelle stanze lato 400 prende poco o niente.
2. Le stanze sono molto pulite e spaziose ma un po datate nell'arredamento. Un piccolo restyling delle stesse renderebbe perfetto tutto

C est un petit club italien ou tout est du racket 2 euro un bouteille d eau .Pas de wifi ou tres peu dans les chambres 60 euro le transfert aéroport dans de vieux véhicules sales .des crabes dans les couloirs .quand on interpelle le directeur il préfère boire au bar le soir ......avec un vrai propriétaire il serait viré sur le champ .....regardez ses réponses ou il dit tenir compte des remarques alors que 3 mois après rien n est fait .il impose des règles debilles d un ancien temps . Les photos sont trompeuses. Pas de plages idylliques. Elles sont sales et pleins de dechets dans la mer .un restaurant de plage a 45 euro de supplément. La forte musique et des animateurs d un autre temps .Pas de danse avant le dîner. Pas de fruit de mer .La liste est trop longue ......un hotel a fuir sauf si vous êtes italien .les gens qui trouvent cet hotel fabuleux doivent vivre en HLM . On avait demandé une chambre avec un grand lit ( demande acceptée) et on a e des lits jumeaux . Tout est a revoir allez plutôt au royal beach ....

The resort was beautiful. The beach, the pool were fantastic and the rooms were good. They offered some good excursions and the kids club team were great with our daughter.

On the negative side, Andilana Beach Resort targets a very specific demographic, Italians. This should have been highlighted as everything was in Italian, including all the entertainment, which limited our enjoyment. The language barrier was also a bit of a challenge, as we spoke very little Italian and most of the staff spoke limited English.

The food was also specific to the demographic with more pasta and pizza on offer than we could handle. There were a few other options, but the quality was average.

The resort could benefit from incorporating more local cuisine more regularly. We did get local options on the excursions, which was really good.

Overall, the resort was great, the staff were great, but we struggled with the fact that everything was in Italian, which we did not expect from a French speaking territory.
