This hotel made my trip 100% better!
I especially want to thank Ms. Long — she was incredibly kind and helpful with everything. No matter what I needed, she always had the answer and a warm smile. The whole team made me feel like part of their family. It was such a lovely experience, and I’ll definitely come back again. Thank you for taking such good care of me!

Malaysia airline did not transfer our luggages when we transit via KL to Danang. As a result, we had to make a report at the airport when we did not get our luggages.
We have requested airport to bring our luggages to hotel when the next plane arrived instead of waiting for it at the airport.
Fortunately the hotel driver is still waiting for us despite the luggage delay (hotel charged 300,000VN). When we reached the Hotel (1 hr from airport), the lady boss let us check in 2 hours earlier and even upgraded our room so that we can take a rest first. The hotel staff is so kind to received our luggage on our behalf when we went out.
Our room is at the 3rd level, so we have to climbed up as there is no lift (not suitable for old folks or kids). The room is very spacious and clean. Not as pretty as picture shown, but overall good enough for us. We only stayed there for 1 night as we will move to Danang the next day.
Overall, I find the Hotel staff friendly and it's easy to get a ride by using the Grab apps.
Comfortable stay, rooms very spacious and clean. Location was perfect, 2min walk to ancient town and riverside for lantern boat side. Bicycle option for the guests was added bonus. Staff were helpful in guiding us with maps and organising local tours.
No breakfast option, but there are cafes options closeby to the hotel.
The hotel is located in a good location. The staff is nice and very helpful.
Big rooms!
good
The property was very close to the Hoi An Old Town, just 5 minutes walk away. Front desk was very nice and pleasant, and had good service recovery. Beds and linens were comfortable to use.
Maybe I went during a bad time, but the rooms I got were musty and uncomfortable to stay in. There was a very damp smell coming from the aircon, which was impossible to remove even after opening the window for some fresh air. There was mould on the curtains and in the toilet's blinds and ceilings. The decorative lanterns had a layer of dust on it.
The toilets are in need of refurbishing. Our toilet did not have a working exhaust. Another of our room's toilet was badly planned out, and the toilet door was broken, so when showering, it would flood the floor.
Keep in mind if you are a light sleeper- next door building was renovating. The windows facing that wall was boarded up, making the room vibe dingier.
In one of our rooms the welcome card was a stranger's name, leading us to wonder if they switched our rooms with another guest?
One positive is that the front desk was very nice and apologetic to our issue, they refunded us a portion back for one of the rooms.
🙂 This is a small local hotel that exceeded expectations!
• Location: Excellent! just a short walk to Hanoi Old Town and the Walking Street.
• Stayed in a family room – spacious, very clean, and decorated in soothing tones. The beds were super comfortable!
• The staffs were incredibly kind and helpful. They arranged transportation, tour packages, and restaurant reservations for us. The hotel-arranged car service was reasonably priced, making everything very convenient. Upon check-out, they even gave us some snack as a souvenir
🙃 There were a few minor downsides, like the bathroom being a bit small or some noise from nearby construction in the early morning, but they were acceptable.
