Durch Noro Virus in der Unterkunft waren wir nach dem Aufenthalt krank. Keine Info zum Check-In oder im Zimmer - erst zum Frühstück. Die Gesundheit der Gäste ist das wichtigste. Wenn das nicht klappt ist alles andere Makulatur.

Wir würden immer wieder in diesem Hotel buchen
Pros:

Die Lage direkt im Kurpark ist einmalig,
Das Frühstück ist sehr gut für jeden Geschmack etwas dabei.

Cons:

Wir haben in diesem Hotel das vierte Mal Übernachtet und haben Halbpension gebucht, das Abendessen ist nicht zu empfehlen. Das kalte Büffet bestand aus hartem vertrocknetem Brot und Brötchen, keine Auswahl an Wurst und Käse, es wurde nur ein Teller mit Käse und Wurst angeboten.

Das Sole-Bad und die Natur waren hervorragend.

Cons:

Leider eine enttäuschende Erfahrung: Die bereits vor Monaten geleistete Zahlung konnte am Anreisetag vor Ort im System scheinbar nicht gefunden werden. Nach Zusendung der Buchungsbestätigung per E-Mail hieß es zunächst, die E-Mail sei nicht angekommen. Erst im Nachgang ließ sich telefonisch klären, dass sowohl Zahlungseingang als auch die E-Mail mit der Buchungsbestätigung eindeutig vorlagen. Das wirkt wie ein Problem interner Prozesse und eine wenig professionelle Kundenkommunikation. Zusätzlich ging der Blick aus dem Zimmer auf Kiesflachdächer, das Parkhaus und eine PKW-Auffahrt.

Pros:

Sehr angenehmes Gesamtkonzept. Parkhaus mit direktem Zugang zum Hotel. Solebecken und Freizeitpark direkt vom Zimmer aus sehr gut erreichbar.

Cons:

Zimmer direkt über dem Wirtschaftseingang. Lärmbelästigung am zeitigen Morgen, auch durch Versorgungsfahrzeuge mit lautem Radio.

Lovely stay as always, staff very kind a friendly. Breakfast buffet selection very good.

Cons:

No hair conditioner was available in the rooms this year unlike before. After the use of salt water and chlorine pools it is pretty essential. The girls from housekeeping were kind enough to bring me some from the old stock though.
