Disappointing & frustrating experience

The property was nice, clean, and excellent location

We added our son to our trip two months prior to our stay. They were unable to change our king city view room, but said to call the day before our arrival to reserve a roll away. I spoke to a kind lady the day before to request the bed. She said, “sure, i have it here in your reservation “
When we arrived, we had an interior room looking at the lobby, no couch, no rollaway bed. I paid an inflated holiday cost for the room I chose—this wasnt it! When I returned to question the front desk, he told me, “when you book through a 3rd party your room choice isnt always guaranteed and we cant control the price, that is through Booking.com! I spent a horrible night on a bench in the room because this was a trip I planned for my family. I wasnt about to sacrifice their comfort. Other than the convenient location, it was the worst $600 I spent. The hotel waived their $34 parking fee. They offered us breakfast, but we had reservations at a nice place. I was incredibly disappointed in the whole experience and will likely not book this way again. I had a wonderful representative from Booking.com to start a case for me, but no results as of yet. Beware!

The view from our room was amazing.. Riki at the desk was a great help at finding things for my kids to do ..

Cons:

The price for parking was ridiculous for a night ... Our bed sheets had black on them an in the shower there was hair .. think it would have been little more cleaner for the price you pay to stay there ..
