Pros:

Pool hours were great for the kids

Cons:

The view was of the river; however, an old boat was docked on the river making the view not so great

First Sheraton Experience
Pros:

The front desk attendant, Ricki, was excellent. She was welcoming, friendly, fun to talk to, and answered our questions. Room accommodations were nice, clean, and well stocked. Nice gift shop with a big variety of items.

Cons:

Neither the little cafe next to the lobby nor the Factory restaurant had a sugar free cold coffee selection. Hotel parking was a bit pricey, but it was very convenient for us. The view was pretty. A better view of the City would have been really nice.

Great location, easy paid parking. Close to everything but not in the middle of the city.
Pros:

Rooms were large and had a lot of space to move around.

Cons:

Room was hot, kept having to adjust the AC every time I came back it was 75 again in the room. Which to save energy I get, but after walking around town when it was 80 degrees out it sucked.

A reggeli bőséges és finom volt, szépen tálalva. Igaz, ezért külön fizettem.

Az első szobánkban narancsmagok, műanyag szemét volt a szőnyegen, és hajszál a fürdőkád szélén. Kértünk egy takarítást amíg sétáltunk egyet, de pontosan ugyanott volt minden szemét, ahol előzőleg. Bár jártak a szobában, nem vették észre ezeket a méretes, nem oda illő dolgokat. Szobacserét kaptunk, ami tiszta volt, de rendkívül zajos. Amerikában búg a szellőző, a jégkészítőgép, de itt egyszerre minden nagyon hangos volt. A recepció környékét 2 napig, amíg ott voltunk, nem takarították. A föld szemetes volt a pult körül. Az egyik recepciós zöld hatalmas rágógumit rágott, miközben beszélt hozzánk, ami majdnem kiesett a szájából. Egy felújítás is ráférne a hotelre.

Pros:

Loved the area, Friendly front desk staff.

Cons:

The room wasn't that clean, the sheets had black stuff all over it, The carpet in room was dirty around the walls. Coffee pot was broke. Maid walked in while we was in room 1/2 hour before checkout., husband was in shower with door opened.

Don’t stay here when there’s a big wedding
Cons:

There was at least one wedding and one party with lots of teens making the whole place feel like a spring break destination. Staff seemed overwhelmed and largely absent.

States you can see the city from every room. You can not my view was the parking garage. Also if staying in the hotel the parking should be free!
