Don’t stay here when there’s a big wedding
Cons:

There was at least one wedding and one party with lots of teens making the whole place feel like a spring break destination. Staff seemed overwhelmed and largely absent.

Pros:

Location

Cons:

States you can see the city from every room. You can not my view was the parking garage. Also if staying in the hotel the parking should be free!

Disappointed
Pros:

The room and restaurants close by.

Cons:

I was very unhappy with the fact that housekeeping ignored the Do Not Disturb sign on the door handle, until they opened the door and we're greeted by my service dogs, then decided to toss the Do Not Disturb sign at the loveable pooches when closing the door.

I know this because the sign was found on the floor chewed up.

1. You didn't follow directions
2. You assaulted my dogs
3. You left evidence

For the amount of money we paid for the beautiful view, your staff failed at getting 10s due to your staff's lack of consideration and apparent inability to read, not to mention a violent act towards my service animals.

And don't get me started on the waitress Batina at the restaurant in the Hotel.

She claimed she forgot to charge us for our alcoholic beverages(1 Bloody Mary each)

She showed us the bill, then came back with another bill for the drinks, telling us, "I didn't charge you for the second one," smiling her fake smile.

When we asked for our change when she said thank you, walking away with the extra money, for the supposed drinks we weren't charged for, her attitude changed, almost like she knew she was caught being dishonest.

Honey, you were given a 25% tip already, but don't try to get over on someone who is very keen on your shenanigans.

No more customers or tips for you. Thief.

So, needless to say I'm glad The NFL draft was held in Pittsburgh, because it was a great time, and everything was convenient for us, plus parking was super cheap, not a loss at all.

I am extremely disappointed in the actions of the staff, hotel and restaurant.

Their choices reflect negatively on you, and for that alone, you should work on vetting your staff better.

We will not be returning to stay, and what hotel with a pool doesn't have a hot tub?

Great room and service, jacked price because of event happening.
Pros:

The location was great. The view was good. Nice big room, I could do some work that needed to be done, there was a table and a chair by the window. That I had a work station set up on. Could walk to the river boat for a nice ride to North Shore.

Cons:

The fact that the price was about double because of the NFL Draft. That was the only thing I disliked.

Great place to stay for draft weekend and Steeler games
Pros:

Went to the draft! Convenient, clean and perfect place to stay!

Cons:

$75 parking fee- could’ve made an exception for guests! I realize it was draft weekend/ and we always park there on game days to take the boat over/ but feel hotel guests should’ve got a better rate.
