Important information:

From 1st January 2023, a tourist tax of RM 10 per room per night is applied to all foreign guests. This tax is not included in the room rate and must be paid upon check-in. Guests with a valid Malaysian Identity Card or valid permanent residents MY PR Card are exempted.

Lestari tax/Heritage Fee RM3.00/room/night will be collected at Property Upon Arrival.Please inform of your expected arrival time in advance. You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly using the contact details in your confirmation.

Pros:

It is clean and comfortable

Cons:

The beach is a little dirty and has a funky smell. The towels are old and frayed.

Cons:

The staff and management.
We arrived at 3pm, but couldn't checked in because the room is not ready, meanwhile my babies all were very tired and wanna took shower then sleep.
They said sorry and gave us free coupon for tea time at the cafe, but there was only ice lemon tea.
Is that how you wanna say sorry and give complimentary?? At lease make some toast..

Then the location of the family room quite far from the beach..
if you bring some elders, need to drive car to go for breakfast or swimming at the pool..

The floor of the room also quite wavy when you stepped on.. room 707

Fantastic
Pros:

Stayed here from 21–23 May as I was attending the ProtectHealth Team Building program at the hotel beside Adena Beach Resort.

Overall, the stay was great. The resort has good amenities and the environment was comfortable. Special credit to the manager who was very friendly and helpful throughout the stay.

Cons:

However, the check-in process was quite disappointing as my room was only ready close to 3 PM despite arriving earlier. Some of the other staff also seemed a bit blur and not very organised during interactions.

Still, the location was convenient for my program and the facilities made the stay comfortable enough.
