From 1st January 2023, a tourist tax of RM 10 per room per night is applied to all foreign guests. This tax is not included in the room rate and must be paid upon check-in. Guests with a valid Malaysian Identity Card or valid permanent residents MY PR Card are exempted.

Pros:

near to the beach, restaurants, easy access .

Cons:

Aircond not functioning well-not cold enough even we put temperature to 16.

And no mirror in the room.

Pros:

From check in till check out, everything was great. The check in and check out procedures are smooth. Kudos to the reception staff name Sara, she greeted with smile and gave full information we need during the stay. And I believe she also the one who help us tracking our forgotten item with housekeeping and send it to us by local courier. The breakfast buffet was good. Clean facilities and beach.

Cons:

Our unit was next to the main road. At night, some noises from vehicles using the main road kinda disrupted the one who is light sleeper.

Pros:

It was nice to have a restaurant and bar right on the beach. The staff were all very nice and polite.

Cons:

However, the restaurant and bar right on the beach only started operating at 4pm. There is a second restaurant behind this one which did not serve lunch. So when we checked in at lunch time, none of the restaurants were operating and we were famished! We then went to the hotel next door to have lunch. The resort was generally clean except for bird droppings on the windows and lizard droppings in the corner of the room. Sadly there was not a single English channel which was a big disappointment.
