Very clean and lovely style
The shower was terrible, no pressure or power, had to run in circles to get wet. Temperature control was an issue too

PA fabuloso, com escolhas saudáveis e variado. O quarto era muito confortável, caa excelente. O SPA One, e a piscina no roof top, que usamos todos os dias da nossa estadia, é moderno com todo o tipo de equipamentos, hamman, sauna e cristal steam bath. Salt and fireplace relaxing rooms are top.
Localização do hotel é excelente, pois fica relativamente perto de todas as visitas que fizemos, e que tinhamos agendado, e os restaurantes ficam a cerca de 300m, com muitas opções.
The room was fantastic, love the space, the ambience and the amenities within the room.
The location of the hotel is within the Royal Mile - prime to all spots around Edinburgh, and also easy access to loads of tours from the Terrace Parkings in Edinburgh.
The bathroom with its bathtub and ambience-changing lights was the most romantic for any couple on a honeymoon.
The cost to options at the breakfast buffet was not efficient. I have seen better quality, diverse options and cheaper rates of buffets over the UK and largely around many countries.
This could be improved - keep the same price - provide more diversity.

Nothing I didn’t like
We have just returned from a weekend at the Sheraton Grande Hotel. From the moment we arrived to leaving 2 days later, we had an amazing time. The staff were amazing and went above and beyond. The hotels location is excellent and everything is nearby or a short walk. Our room was a castle view room and this was stunning ho see, the room was also clean, modern and spacious. We ate in the brasserie one night and it was delicious and fabulous service. We have already booked to go back in December.
