Everything! There’s nothing not to like
Central to everything, great selection of dining places round about, beautiful interior and spa, excellent customer service. Ps the picture with the bed was the morning of going home we just gave the place a tidy but the bed covers were nice and smooth when we arrived.
That the tvs only have normal channels and can’t access personal Netflix etc through app.

Nothing all was great
Every thing was as expected, on the last day the breakfast arrived cold we had ordered it instead of going to the buffet to ensure it was hot but disappointed. did not complain as it was a minor hic up in an otherwise wonderful stay.
no comment there was nothing that was not up to expectations staff room and facilities were wonderful. I would stay again but not during the height of the season as prices do become a bit ridiculous.
Hotel was perfectly positioned for exploring the city. Room was excellent, Staff more than helpful and facilities were great. Highly recommednded
The musty mouldy smell in our room was not nice. Had to open the windows and it remained for the short stay we were there on the 3rd floor.

Only staff member who let the rest of the staff down was the gentleman at breakfast , he was quite dismissive , dependent on who you were it seemed ?
