Pros:

This property is terrible!!!! Wires joined together with tape, air con units not working, wallpaper falling off the walls, damp. These are just a list of a few things wrong, let alone the dirtiness of the whole resort. Avoid at all costs!!!!

Pros:

We have stayed here 4 times so far, recently on 27-Mar-2021. Property is basic, nothing great, but at the same time it has its own neatness. It's right on the beach, an amazing location, but we were disappointed to see that beach had a lot of garbage!! Not so clean beach ... unfortunately many beaches in Kokan area have become like this. If you are fine with this, then this can even be an amazing stay, since staff is extremely helpful and good.

Good location but rooms not well maintained
Pros:

The location of the Resort is good being very close to the beach. Service was good, however, food quality is not up to the mark with very little choice. The rooms do not appear well maintained with beds making noises, bathroom having leakages and overall not smelling fresh. Did not think the rooms were worth the tariff paid. Wi-Fi signals to not have signals inside rooms while there is very little mobile connectivity. You are almost of out communication with the world.

It's a fairly decent place, placed on a great stretch of beach. Fairly comfortable rooms, great tea and food (veg) which I had.

Pros:

The hotel is pretty descent and value for money. This resort is truly beach touch. But the wifi facility is really bad, as the phone coverage for most of the services providers are bad, this becomes major drawback. The food is really is good. You can buy fish from the harnai fish market and ask the restaurant to cook it for you.
