The hotel has all the basics covered in terms of price, services etc. It provides all toilet/bathroom articles that you could ever need for free. The location is really nice with the station being right next to the hotel and there are tons of restaurants and shops to choose from for those days when you need to relax and recharge your batteries.
The bathroom could use slightly better cleaning. The basics were covered but the details were unfortunately lacking in a few spots such as the light fixture which was very dusty and not cleaned well enough behind the toilet seat. Wifi was slightly spotty as well for some reason. Nothing serious but it got a bit annoying sometimes.

El hotel es espectacular y el personal super amable y maravilloso, te ayudan en todo lo que pueden y muy educados, la habitación muy limpia a la llegada y con todo lo necesario para tu estancia. La ubicación es muy buena para moverte en tren y visitar diferentes sitios. Soy recepcionista y les doy un 10!

The location was very convenient. The front staff was nice enough to set the TV for us for a couple of days, which I greatly appreciated and thought it was a nice gesture.
The cleaning personnel was horrible. It actually ruined the last 1 week of our stay. Room cleaning was supposed to be every 3 days, everyday You can get Your towels exchanged though. For that, You got a bag for Your towels and for the dirty ones as well everyday. One day, during the whole-room cleaning, the bag wasn't left, only the towels. Since we had the other bag, that was still fine. We switched to using one bag for the dirty towels only and hung the new ones immediately. Also the trash bag stopped appearing.
After we asked to check-out before midnight in a week or two, the all-room cleaning schedule had shifted. We had a schedule given by the staff on which days the all-room cleaning was supposed to happen, but out of nowhere, the cleaning lady came knocking two days earlier. We thought it was because of the check-out change. But the next day, another cleaning staff came knocking in and that kept happening until the day we stayed. Instead of every 3 days, now everyday the cleaning staff knocked and tried to give us the all-room cleaning. If at least they spoke Japanese or English, but in both languages we had to explain many times, that the room cleaning was yesterday and that they please should not come in. It was very annoying.
There are signs on the door, that You can hang up like "no need for towel exchange on eco day" or "no need for cleaning on cleaning day"-but we didn't expect them to try and come in everyday, since cleaning was supposed to be every 3 days.
Back to the towels, on our last days, we again received only towels and no bags. So now we couldn't hand in our towels, since there was no bag to hand them in. We tried speaking to the cleaning staff, but to no avail. After a day we just tried putting the towels alone in front of our door. Of course, they were taken, but no fresh ones nor the bag nor the trash bags were provided.
