Wonderful staff!
Pros:

The staff at the Doubletree in WS took extra special care of our associates during the snow storm in WS. We appreciate all of the hospitality that we experienced. Pleasant personnel during our whole stay! Thank you !

Location and parking. Bathroom. Tub stained. Shower curtain allowed water to flood floor. Shower head difficult to adjust and almost loose from wall.

The hotel is a 1 star managers are non responsive to customer concerns.

It was close to my family I was visiting

Cons:

We found bed bugs and other bugs in our room. Non smoking room smell like smoke and mildew. Only have pork meat products. No housekeeping during my stay due to holiday Thanksgiving a homeless camp across the street from the hotel reported my concerns no call back nor accommodation from the hotel

Not great
Pros:

Property is rundown, needs updating. Looks like some renovation has been done, but lots more to do. Know that if you get a connecting room, the doors are open on the bottom. If you kneel down and look under the door you can see into the adjoining room. Breakfast was a joke. Out of stock on many items on the buffet. Not worth it. Otherwise, propert if clean, comfortable, and staff is very friendly.
