Quickly but convenient
Pros:

The hotel is small, but aside from the air conditioning is comfortable. I got in late and the A/C was off. It took all night to cool down, which made it difficult to sleep. It turned out you have to leave a card key in the main electricity switch so the air conditioner runs all day.

I got in late and took off on a day trip the next day, so no one informed me. They do have a system that gets you into the hotel after the front desk closes for the evening (18:00) that works very well.

There is a supply of extra towels and soap, but again, I didn't know about it. Fortunately I caught a front desk receptionist who told me about on my third day. The housekeeper hadn’t made up my room, so the soap hadn’t been replaced. (The assistant manager made note that the room wasn’t made up and brought me soap and a fresh towel.)

I would stay here again, now that I know about the quirks of the system. It’s within walking distance of all the major sights along with some wonderful restaurants and public transit for the more distant parts of the city.

Amazing Staff and room
Pros:

We had a fantastic stay at the hotel. The staff was very kind and helpful. Room was perfect size, clean, comfortable beds. Only downside would be that the bedside lamps can only be turned on/off on one side of the bed and the light next to the shower was dim. The location is a few minutes walk from the bustling streets so it's not loud outside and we had a room facing the street. There are a few small shops close to the hotel and ATMs along the way into the city centre.
