Comfortable stay. Staff very friendly.
Staff is very accommodating. We enjoyed our stay. The food is good. The room is clean, and we could not hear outside noise from our room. Thanks for our pleasant experience.
The bathroom could be refurbished. The toilet was leaking.
Though the location is far from main attractions, it is in a peaceful area. The hotel is also not crowded
Rooms are not well maintained specially the bathroom. The toilet bowl tank takes forever to fill with water so you have to manually fill it with the bidet. the faucets are calcified. The beach front is full of parked bancas so it is not ideal for swimming

The peacefulness of the place. The friendliness of the personal.
The view was good. The plants are great and taken care of.
The room had cabinets! The airconditioning also worked great and they are green oriented giving kind reminders about turning lights off, saving water, etc..
We were well taken care off and got help for whatever we needed.
We found the blanket to be a little too thin. It was only a small cover. It is possible to get another one though for a cost. But we could deal with this and so had no need for it.
The mattress was also not the best but we had no trouble sleeping in the bed.
The Resort staff was incredible ! Attentive, friendly, and effective. We were made to feel at home. The food was tasty, creative, and affordable. The grounds, compelling and restful. The internet didn't work consistently: but aren't vacations a time to unwind, and experience beauty all around you???? This town, this island, is hospitable, and genuinely happy to see others. The grounds-calming and full of beauty. I painted quite a few pictures here.
