Very nice hotel in country-side
Pros:

Have strayed at Arpita several times in connection with a business trip - and all time have I received a very good and friendly service.
Rooms are very nice, clean and comfortable.
The hotel has both a nice pool, a good restaurant and a separate bar.
Area is ‘country-side’ India with all that means..

Only option in Chandipur
Pros:

The resort is quite close to the beach, 5-7 minutes’ walk. The rooms are very basic. Lacks taste/class. The bathroom does not have a shower curtain, hand towels and foot mat were not provided. I doubt whether they have a housekeeping department, yes, cleaning of the rooms etc. takes place.
Breakfast is fine, not very lavish, but the food is tasty.
Guess, this resort is the best option in Gopalpur.

Pros:

There was a bad smell in the room as sun as we entered. There was some painting work going on near the staircase. Lift was not operational.

Though the cleanliness and the amenities were good staff service was not satisfying. Moreover, the room telephone was not working.
