Excellent Service
Pros:

I had a great experience during my stay. The hotel was clean, comfortable, and well-maintained, and the hospitality was outstanding. The cleaning staff did an excellent job keeping everything fresh, spotless, and welcoming throughout my stay.

Everyone I encountered was friendly, professional, and helpful, which made the experience even better. Great customer service and attention to detail really stood out.

I truly appreciate the hard work of the housekeeping( Kearia) and hospitality teams. I would definitely recommend this hotel to others and would be happy to stay here again!

My experience has been one of JOY🎉 From the check in, the assitance with getting dinner, the hospitality at breakfast, greeting from staff in the hallway, the driver of the complimentary shuttle, and Kearia servicing my room(it was so nice to come in from a long day to a clean straightened up room)❤️ I have told my company to keep this location as a stay when our company is in Shreveport, LA🥳 We prefer Homewood Suites by Hilton and the Shreveport/Bossier City location reminded us know why❤️🎉🎈

Great staff
Pros:

We had a wonderful stay! Teonia did an excellent job servicing our room—it was always spotless, well-stocked, and welcoming. We’d also like to recognize one of the waiters (whose name we unfortunately didn’t catch). He was incredibly engaging, made our dinner enjoyable, and even taught us a few Italian words, which added such a fun and personal touch to our experience. Their hospitality and kindness truly made our stay memorable. Thank you to the entire team!

Great Stay!
Pros:

Great stay! Reception was very attentive to needs and housekeeping was great especially Kearia! Breakfast was good, wish there was more options for breakfast throughout the week since I was there for a long period of time , however it was still good! Loved the Wednesday socials as well! Great stay and great people!

Not my expected experience.
Pros:

The staff was friendly.

Cons:

It was attached to Homewood Suites but I got a room at Holiday Inn and Suites. Definitely not the same! I probably won’t book with them again. I like to know what I’m doing … I plan way ahead! Disappointed!

Not a real good experience for our first stay there we normally stay at Bally’s

Staff was nice and Hotel was clean.

Cons:

The A/C was not working in our room. We checked in at 9:30 pm and it was 77 in there very stuffy and warm. We turned it down, went to the casino came back to the room expecting it to be cool so we could get some rest but it was still the same 77 stuffy and warm. This was at 3:30 am. We checked out and drove home. Very disappointed.

Pros:

Very nice hotel. Great breakfast, but make sure when you check in the front desk staff with you the breakfast vouchers, as you will need to give them to the attendant in the dining area. Good selection of breakfast food, and the coffee was hot and tasted decent of hotel coffee. Very clean and quiet rooms. Bedding comfortable. Has a bar and snack area, nice outside actives there as well, such as putting green, grills, pool. Not hot tub.

Nice place right off the freeway with places to eat near by.
Pros:

Loved the lay out. The kid had his side and we had our side of the suite. Made it easy for me who likes to go to sleep early and my husband and son had the living room area to stay up later without disturbing each other.

Cons:

It was a little dated and had some scuffing on walls and floors, but who is looking at that stuff when you are asleep! The lobby had a smell to it.
