Best Hilton Property I've stayed in.
Pros:

I've stayed at 100s of Hilton Properties and I will say this is one of the best I've seen. It feels like a 5 star hotel once you enter the front doors. I stayed on the ground floor in Suite 102 which was great. The folks at the front desk and at the Breakfast area were friendly and helpful. This property even had as putting green which was great for me. It was no nice that I cancelled my next stay in Monroe and stayed a second night here. Could not recommend the Homewood Suites in Bossier City more.

Excellent Hotel
Pros:

Nice rooms. Roomy, clean, and comfortable.

Cons:

One set of elevators were not working. It was the ones nearest to my room so we had to walk a lot.

It’s was okay but I was told the elevators were broken so I had to walk 4 flights of stairs with luggage and my family. I couldn’t make it to breakfast because walking the stairs was to much

Good service; only issues were the living room tv had no connection during my stay!

Cons:

No tv in the living room in our suite during the entire stay. Room didn’t get clean during stay either. All other services were great.. staff had great attitudes

Bed was comfortable.

Cons:

The front staff, a young Asian woman was not very educated on the layout of the hotel. Nor the request of the customer she was not very friendly. The elevator is going up to the fourth floor both of them were very questionable.They made noises as they reached the fourth floor. This is this looks to be like a long-term. Stay facility for some people. And they just linger around outside and drink beer at the doorways. That's annoying.

Pros:

This is one of the best hotel/suites that I ever experienced in the Shreveport/Bossier City area. The staff was great even signed me up as a Hilton member. The breakfast was even great. Everything is exceptional.

Very pleasant!

The room was very nice. Spacious room. Comfortable beds. Very good breakfast. Room location was great.
