Would never stay here again!

Comfortable beds, good location

Cons:

They gave keys to our room to another guest who came into our room at night. Needless to say, it was very disturbing and left us unsettled. Staff referred the issue to management who refuses to answer calls or return messages from us personally or from Booking.com. Unacceptable!

Great location frustrating parking situation
Pros:

Location and the room was very comfortable

Cons:

1)The “fitness center” is pathetic. Only 2 pieces of cardio equipment and a small weight rack. The room is empty except for the equipment; no TVs, exercise balls, stretch mats, or updated equipment.
2). The parking is TERRIBLE! No less than 4 other guests tried to use their phone QR codes to get into the garage with no luck. I had to get out of our car just to get the “perfect” angle to get the gate to open. That garage gets a fail!

quemel hotel NO tiene estacionamiento y hay que pagar una cuota diaria extra, eso debe venir anunciado antes de hacer la reservacion fue una mala sorpresa y es increible que un hotel con ese costo diario no tenga estacionamiento incluido

A great stay
Pros:

The room was large and had a table and desk and a lovely view. the bathroom had a nice shower on vanity , well lit.
breakfast room was half outside , mostly inside but very open and breezy. The breakfast room has a waffle maker and toaster and the normal selection of egg , potatoes and a meat.
