Very nice view
Très bon séjour au sein de ce bel hôtel avec une magnifique vue sur la baie ainsi que sur le golf.
Mention spéciale à Simon pour ses services et sa disponibilité ainsi qu'à Hoang thi Thuan.
Seul bémols, indépendant de l'hôtel: comportement honteux de la part du personnel du golf. Personnel très désagréable et prix exorbitant pour les étrangers.
Stayed here for a week, had a lovely time playing golf and doing the day cruise around ha long bay which was organised by the hotel. Simon made us feel really welcome and comfortable during our stay. He couldn’t have done more for us and checked in with us throughout. My boyfriend was really unwell during our stay and as soon as Simon was aware he did everything to help which made it so much easier for us, we were grateful to be there when he was unwell. Thank you!
Magnifique hôtel
The view from the lobby across the pool to the bay is incredible. We were immediately greeted on site, thank you Simon! Room was huge and quiet. We would recommend and stay there again!

We spent 5 nights there and had a great time in family.
The kids zone is a great addition when you have young kids.

Very comfy beds and great showers, the food in the restaurant was nice. Staff were friendly and An helped me book travel and a tour around the bay. Bit out of town but it's an easy 10 min ride. Only negative was the sky bar was closed.
One thing I like about this place is that I don't like it. Everyone who wants to do laundry here has to be careful. Because they charge a lot of money. I only wash a few sets of clothes, but it costs about 50 dollars.
We were there for 2 nights. The indoor pool heater did not turn on, the restaurant/bar on the top floor did not open. Nothing to do inside the hotel and surrounding other than golf. The view, however, is magnificent.

Huge hotel with truly great potential, however it’s lacking guests and seriously needs funds and refurbishment. Seemed a large part of the hotel was closed off. Skybar not accessible due to typhoon damage 6 months ago. Most lamps in our room were not working. Room was spacious and bed + bedding super comfortable. Cleaning could have been better. Carpet was stained and felt greasy but we dealt with that by just wearing slippers. Staff is friendly but language is a huge barrier as they speak very little English which results in them not interacting with us unless spoken directly to. Location is okay but requires either scooter rental or taxi to get to/from the main city area as the hotel sits on a hill overlooking the Bay and golf course.
