FLC Ha Long – A Truly Unforgettable Stay

I was genuinely amazed by my stay at FLC Ha Long. My room was huge, beautifully designed, surprisingly affordable, and offered a jaw‑dropping view over the UNESCO World Heritage listed Ha Long Bay - an unforgettable sight to wake up to.
The service was exceptional across the entire property, from the friendly, attentive staff to the impressive food and beverage options. The scale of the hotel is remarkable, featuring a golf course, conference centre, indoor and outdoor pools, and relaxing wellness spaces - everything a traveller could want in one place.
A special mention goes to Vinny, the General Manager, whose outstanding hospitality sets the tone for a truly world‑class team.
I left completely impressed and highly recommend FLC Ha Long to any traveller looking for comfort, value, and a memorable Ha Long experience.

Tout était top. La chambre était fabuleuse

Cons:

Certain du personnel était un peu froid
Le restaurant petit dejeuné un peu trop cantine, cela fesait trop setting de table de groupe en séminaire
Contraste avec l’hôtel qui est magnifique.

Quand on arrive au petit déjeuné on a l’impression de débarquer au milieu d’un groupe en séminaire.

Pros:

Great location overlooking Halong Bay. Rome was fabulous. Food was excellent as were the staff. Golf course was incredible. Great value for money

Sạch sẽ, nhân viên thán thiện nhiệt tình, phòng ốc rất đẹp sạch sẽ và yên tĩnh đặc biệt view vịnh nhìn thẳng ra biển

Cons:

Mình tới vào ngày lễ Dỗ Tổ Hùng Vương và ăn buffe tối taii khách sạn nhưng thấy đồ ăn tối không được đa dạng cho lắm, bữa sáng thì lại rất oki.

Cons:

Tủ lạnh hỏng nhưng ko ai sửa. Phòng sức chứa 4 5 ng nhưng nhất quyết chỉ cấp 1 thẻ, bất tiện cho khách.
