Pros:

Good location, lovely cheery staff, nice breakfast and we got a free upgrade to a room with a window. Rooftop bar and area to sunbathe was nice with a small jacuzzi type dip pool. Happy hour 2 for 1 cocktails. The room was small but comfortable. Room with a bath shower. The water was lovely and hot which was a real bonus after travelling in Laos. Very close to restaurants, bars and the Japanese area.

Cons:

The lighting in the bathroom was quite dim making it hard to shave. The curtain did not block put the light in the morning. Could do with a black put blind or something. The pool is just a dipping pool not a swimming pool as the photos may suggest. But it was OK for a cool down after a day sightseeing.
