Pros:

I had to book another hotel. The spot of hotel looks over a dirty building with graffiti and the place was just like a paid by the hour hotel, nothing like photos on the listing.

Staff was cold, refusing the refund. I contacted customer service, got chatted to a robot, didn't get anywhere.

Ended up wasted 2 booking, 5 rooms . I was disappointed because it was the excitement of staying for a family reunion and celebrating my 50th birthday.

Cons:

The spot it locates, dirty and smelly. Rooms was nothing like listed online. We didn't stay and the hassle of last minute finding another accommodations.

No considering of refund whatsoever and customer service didn't really help.

Just so other doesn't make the sane mistake, the photos listed nothing like when we arrived. It was a disappointment we had to book another place last minute and although it was false advertised they refused to refund.

Sehr schönes Hotel um die Stadt zu erkunden. Die meisten Sehenswürdigkeiten sind zu Fuß erreichbar.

Great stay!
Pros:

Had a nice stay at the Roseland Sweet Hotel. Hotel and rooms were clean and the staff were always friendly and super helpful. My trip started off slow and I stayed here much longer than anticipated and was happy to continuously extend my stay...12 days total or so. Kevin, KA, Mike and the whole staff do a great job. I tried to get a few more names to post but, only got these. The hotel is close to everything and lots of restaurants nearby. Oh, they even have a bar and places to relax on the rooftop with happy hour drink specials! The have a spa too but, i did not try it. I definitely would stay here again!

Pros:

Sijainti hyvä ja varsin lähellä nähtävyyksiä. Huoneet ja yleiset tilat siistit ja puhtaat, iloinen henkilökunta. Aamiainen oli ok. Allasosasto kaunis, en käyttänyt.

Cons:

Yleinen lievä kuluneisuus, kommunikointi huonetta varatessa ei ollut paras mahdollinen. Sijainti hyvä mutta vähän nuhjuisella sivukadulla.

Pros:

Good location, lovely cheery staff, nice breakfast and we got a free upgrade to a room with a window. Rooftop bar and area to sunbathe was nice with a small jacuzzi type dip pool. Happy hour 2 for 1 cocktails. The room was small but comfortable. Room with a bath shower. The water was lovely and hot which was a real bonus after travelling in Laos. Very close to restaurants, bars and the Japanese area.

Cons:

The lighting in the bathroom was quite dim making it hard to shave. The curtain did not block put the light in the morning. Could do with a black put blind or something. The pool is just a dipping pool not a swimming pool as the photos may suggest. But it was OK for a cool down after a day sightseeing.
