Pros:

The lady working on the bar was lovely really friendly told us about places in new Orleans .And the food was lovely

Cons:

Staff on reception very nice at night felt they wasn't as helpful the next morning.Not saying they wasn't helpful .but the man that was on at night was more friendly and more approachable .

The young lady at the front desk was pleasant.

Cons:

The room’s beds were positioned on top of a hollow medal frame that made loud noises with the slightest movement. The closet doors were not stable on their tracks. The tub was stained. The leisure chair in the room had mysterious stains on it. I flipped the cushion just to not frustrate my family. The phone did not work. I told the nice lady at the front desk. We arrived after 10:00 PM, and just wanted to sleep to get up for an important event at the college we were visiting. I was disappointed with property and didn’t have a fight in me because it was so late.

Pros:

Unclear emails meant we went to the wrong hotel (there is another Hilton at the airport and no address on the confirmation emails of our hotel). Floor was sticky in bedroom, hair all over on floor on bathroom. Avoid !

We stayed here due to a missed flight upon the arrival of a cruise ship
