Solidly Quiet, Spacious, and Comfortable.
Pros:

Loved how quiet the room in this hotel was. It is an older, solidly built hotel, not flimsy and noisy like more modern hotels. Spacious and comfortable inside, with lots of seating areas in the foyer (also has a decent bar, and a separate sandwich bar open late), there was also plenty of outdoor parking, despite a conference going on the weekend I stayed.

Cons:

The pet fee was not obvious when I booked and at $150 for 2 nights, on top of my room cost, was more expensive than a lot of other also higher end hotels. The $18 breakfast buffet was surprisingly limited in choice, and had a 10 min queue to be seated because the hotel was hosting a conference. I will stay here again but not bring my dog.

Worst night’s stay in a hotel EVER.
Pros:

The beds were comfortable and the room was clean.

Cons:

The hotel rented out a ballroom to a rowdy party, which wasn’t an issue, until they put my family in the same wing as the party and across the hall from the after party room. People were shouting and laughing all night, and one cat fight even broke out. We couldn’t fall asleep until 2am, which felt like 7am due to our jet lag.

We booked our room 6 months in advance to ensure a good night’s sleep when we arrived state-side after a trip to Europe. But a good night’s sleep is the LAST thing we got. When I brought it up to the front desk staff, they informed me that they couldn’t give me a refund for a night’s stay, despite zero sleep. Instead they offered me Marriott Bon Voy points that they never gave me. Complete lip service.

I WILL NEVER STAY AT THIS HOTEL AGAIN. I will likely leave a 1 star review on all platforms. Worst hotel stay of my entire life.

My overall stay was good just not being able to warm my food without having to go up and down the elevators to warm food
Pros:

The location

Cons:

For $200 there should had been a microwave in the room or at least one by the ice machine. Also no vending on floor just an ice machine . Being on the 6th floor having to go up and down to warm food was terrible.

Great stay but my legs were tired from all the walking
Pros:

I loved the atmosphere the staff were kind the hotel itself was clean overall great hotel.

Cons:

The parking was ridiculous paid parking and the distance you have to walk is unreal especially in the winter months it screams profit. Guest and hospitality is not something this hotel is front lining it's all about the denero here.

Staff Better, Lead Better
Pros:

I wanted to like this hotel, I really did. As someone who used to work in the hotel business, it's obvious that this property is understaffed and the people there are severely overworked. It's a tale as old as time in the hotel business nowadays; property management companies sacrifice employee well-being for profit instead of staffing appropriately for a property of this size.

The rooms were clean, but the interior and exterior of the property was not up to Marriott brand standard in terms of condition.

The gentleman working at the desk on Saturday evening was great; I had an issue with my room, and he quickly and professionally resolved it. He is a true asset to your property.

I saw no Leadership presence throughout my stay, which was concerning. You need leadership to be there on a busy weekend offering support, which I didn't see happening. On Sunday at checkout, there was one person managing the grab and go breakfast line who clearly was not hired to do that.

Giving it a 3 because the room was clean and the gentleman working the desk on Saturday was great. Everything else was very disappointing.

Take a look in the mirror- you have a great location. Staff it correctly and things will improve.
