This hotel is quiet and comfortable, and the staff did their best to make us feel at home, which made our stay in Samarkand very pleasant. There are plenty of local food options nearby, especially fresh-baked samsa. It’s about a 15-minute walk to the main sights, and taxis are easy to get.

Остановились в этом отеле на неделю — остались в полном восторге. Номера уютные, чистые и хорошо оборудованные, а расположение очень удобное для прогулок по городу.

Особенно хочется поблагодарить персонал: сотрудники всегда вежливые, внимательные и готовы помочь с любым вопросом, от рекомендации маршрутов до оперативного решения бытовых моментов. Регистрация прошла быстро, на ресепшн работали с улыбкой и по делу.

Завтраки заслуживают отдельной похвалы — свежие продукты и разнообразие блюд: есть и здоровые варианты, и горячие блюда на выбор. Каждый день подавали сезонные фрукты и ароматный кофе, что было приятным началом дня.

Рекомендую этот отель всем, кто ценит хороший сервис и комфортный отдых. С удовольствием вернусь сюда снова.

Great hotel with friendly staff
Pros:

Spacious rooms appear recently renovated to a high standard .Good breakfast with lots of fresh fruit .The staff were all very friendly and the manager and a lovely young man spoke excellent English and were helpful organised taxi when we wanted one .We got a free transfer to the train station on departure and a complimentary drink on arrival .There are many good restaurants in the area .

Cons:

The water in our room took along time to heat up ,not sure why but eventually it became hot .The location is a good 25-30 minutes walk to all the main historical sites .It’s a lovely walk if your fit .However the taxis are very cheap and easy to arrange

Pros:

Otelin konumu fena değil. Registan meydanına 20 dakikalık mesafede. Kahvaltı, temizlik, odanın konforu gayet güze. Bu otelde en çok beğendiğimiz şey resepsiyonda görev yapan personelin tutumu oldu. Özellikle Babür ve ekibi çok cana yakın, misafirleriyle yakından ilgileniyor, ellerinden geleni yapıyorlar. Kendilerine çok teşekkür ederim. Tekrar Semerkant'ta gidecek olursam kalacak otel burası olacak.

Pros:

Excelente hotel, destaco la amabilidad del personal de recepción, especialmente Bobur.
Muy buen desayuno variado
Si bien las principales atracciones se encuentran un poco alejadas, llegamos a ellas con una linda caminata de aproximadamente 20 minutos, por un amplio bulevar arbolado.
En la calle principal a una cuadra del hotel, hay restaurantes con variada oferta.

Прекрасный отель с великолепным расположением. Очень чисто, уютно и комфортно. Завтраки вкусные и сытные — отличный старт дня. Также приятно порадовал бесплатный трансфер, что оказалось очень удобно. Отдельная благодарность персоналу, особенно ребятам на ресепшене — Бабуру и Толибу. Вежливые, внимательные и культурные молодые люди, всегда готовы помочь. Они не только оперативно решали все вопросы, но и помогли с составлением маршрутов для экскурсий, дали множество полезных советов. Благодаря им отдых стал ещё приятнее!

A true Oriental fairytale — flawless service, magical atmosphere, and unforgettable Samarkand hospitality.
Pros:

Our stay at Ideal Hotel felt like stepping into an Oriental fairytale. We traveled as three families, and everything was perfectly arranged before we even arrived. The staff were exceptionally polite, friendly, and genuinely caring — they even arranged a wonderful city guide for us. Check-in was smooth, customer-centric, and personalised to our needs. The rooms were spotless, the air conditioning worked perfectly, and breakfast was simply delicious. The modern coffee machine brewed amazing coffee, and the charming garden with its fountain was the perfect spot to relax together in the evenings or enjoy the peaceful mornings.

Nothing to mention — everything exceeded our expectations.
