Pros:

Wyjątkowo pomocny personal. Pyszne śniadania z lokalnymi produktami. Hotel zapewnił transfer z lotniska i na lotnisko. W pobliżu punkty gastronomiczne i sklep spożywczy.

إقامة رائعة
Pros:

حسن تعامل الموظفين ولطف كل من مونس وبابوجون ودورن بيك وغيرهم وكذلك النظافة وتنوع الفطور وقربه من المطاعم كما أن موقعه حيوي والمبنى تراثي وتوجد جلسات خارجية جميلة .

Good stay
Pros:

Bobojon and Manis were so incredibly kind. They were helpful and always welcomed us with a big smile. Their English was also great and they made our stay unforgettable.
Breakfast was fine.

Cons:

We booked two rooms: one of the rooms had no issue at all, but the other room had a very old airco.
They moved us to another room which had good airco, but the bathroom smelled a bit weird.
Either way, it was fine for us.

Pros:

С уверенностью могу сказать что нашел ту гостиницу который каждый раз буду останавливаться именно тут.
Персонал молодцы, добые и отзывчивые ребята. Особенно Бобожон. Помог с советами.
Заврак топ. Всё что нужно для хорошего завтрака там есть. Вкусно и сытно.
Постели удобные. Уснул моментально)

Cons:

Утром очень быстро заканчивается кипяток для чая. Рекомендую купить бойлера по больше.
Холодильник в номере чувствуется неприятный запах.

Pros:

Отличный персонал, прекрасный завтрак, есть трансфер. Может быть не так близко к центру, но мы ходили без проблем, если ехать далеко, тогда на машине. Рядом много ресторанов, дешевле, чем в центре. Сюда можно вернуться.

Cons:

Немного шумновато работал кондиционер в номере, но может это я просто привык к тишине.

Pros:

Работает прекрасная команда. Особенно Бобур и Бобрджон. Решают все возникающие вопросы. У нас была задержка рейса, так нам бесплатно продлили на несколько часов, проживание в номере. Бесплатный трансфер аэропорт, вокзал. Если выезжаешь рано, дают завтрак в ланч боксах. Хороший ассортимент продуктов на завтрак. Черная и красная икра, овощи, фрукты, каши, сыры. Готовят по желанию омлеты и т.д. Впечатления о проживании в отеле, самые наилучшие. Удачи и процветания.

Pros:

The staff of the hotel was supportive and friendly. The breakfast was good, although the full selection was only available during the first 1.5–2 hours of the breakfast service.

Cons:

Hot water was not consistently available, out of my 4-night stay, I was only able to take a hot shower once. After around 8 a.m., the water was usually cold.
In addition, there was no iron available for guests. If you needed to iron clothes, you had to use the laundry room facilities instead.

Pros:

Понравилось все на 100%! Мы прилетели в 05:00 утра, отель предоставил нам бесплатный трансфер и сотрудник отеля уже ждал нас на выходе из аэропорта, это было очень приятно учитывая что заселение у них только с 14:00.
По приезду в отель в 07:00 нас пригласили на завтрак, такой комплимент от отеля нас очень обрадовал!
Все время пребывания все наши вопросы решал менеджер Бободжон, очень внимательный и вежливый молодой человек за что большое ему спасибо!
При возможности вернёмся снова в Самарканд и остановимся в отеле идеал с удовольствием!
Будем всем рекомендовать этот отель как самое удобное место проживания в Самарканде!

Самый лучший завтрак в путешествии по Узбекистану!
Pros:

Отель уютный, оформлен в светлых тонах, в номере есть всё необходимое для комфортного отдыха, кровати удобные, напор воды хороший! Завтраки замечательные: очень разнообразные и обильные (на любой вкус)! Есть кофемашина, отличный кофе на завтрак! Расположение удобное, часто ходили пешком к достопримечательностям (площадь Регистан, мавзолеи и т.д.), рядом есть продуктовый магазин, много кафе, ресторанов. Персонал вежливый, готовы прийти на помощь в любую минуту, всегда помогали с чемоданами (выгрузить/загрузить). Пребыванием в отеле довольны!

Cons:

В трёхместном номере вероятно нужно постирать тяжёлые шторы, которые накапливают пыль ( я постоянно чихала - аллергическая реакция на домашнюю пыль). Кому нужна регистрация - говорите об этом сразу по прибытии (это совет).

Отличное место для отдыха в одном из лучших городов на земле
Pros:

Расположение, персонал, завтраки замечательные. Не смотря на то что приехали в 5 утра, заселили, напоили. Все денежные вопросы оставили на утро. По всем вопросам менеджеры отрабатывали на отлично. Отдельно стоит отметить менеджера, Бабаджона. Очень доброжелательный и приветливый парень. Так ещё и трансфер до вокзала организовали бесплатно. И тут даже вопрос не денег, а организации. Так что рекомендую однозначно.

Cons:

Уборка в номерах оставляет желать лучшего. В первую очередь, касается полов. В остальном вопросов нет.

Pros:

Персонал всегда старается помочь решить проблему, дать разъяснения по всем вопросам. Номера просторные, чистые. Приятный дворик, где можно посидеть в тени с чаем-кофе или бокалом вина. Рядом гастрономическая улица с кучей ресторанчиков. Недалеко банки и магазин. До площади Регистан вдоль бульвара пешком минут 30-40, гур-эмир - минут 25 . И место само достаточно тихое. На завтраках есть джентельменский набор: яйца в разных видах, сосиски, блинчики,каша. Очень вкусные овощные салаты и свежие сезонные фрукты- ягоды

Cons:

Есть недоработки по мелочам:
- мало розеток у кровати - ты или включаешь ночник или заряжаешь телефон
- нет крючка в ванной повесить одежду
- в двери ванной внизу зачем-то просверлены отверстия - возможно для лучшей вентиляции, но слышимость тоже улучшается . Я была одна, но для двоих это может быть некомфортно.
- перегородки между номерами очень хорошо пропускают звук. Слышно даже , когда говорят обычным голосом. Но все рано ложатся спать, так что это почти не мешает.
- в номере 315 надо разобраться со словом в душе - воду уходит плохо и заливает весь пол, пока моешься
