The hotel amenities and decor were tired and unattractive. The staff tried hard but it seemed that there were not enough of them. On check out I requested a print out of the charges that I made to my room and was told that that was not possible! I was gobsmacked! How strange. When I checked my credit card, there were 4 total charges although I only made 3. I suppose that I need to call the hotel and ask questions, that is really inconvenient and a hassle!
First time staying at the Sheraton for work purposes and I have to say that my stay was great. The receptionist was very accommodating about my late check out request. Breakfast was very nice, especially the granola and yoghurt. A few things were interesting about my stay. My room had a connecting door to the room next door, the bathroom didn't have a door, only the part with the shower had a door so that was new for me but overall I loved my stay.
The AC machine under the windows would make a terribly high pitch fuzzy squeal after it would regulate the air, and it scared me on the first night when I was trying to sleep.

Manque de communication nous avons signalé durant tous le séjour l’absence de gel douche il a fallut récupérer des petits flacons presque tous les jours à l’accueil !
Nous étions 4 personnes, booking annonce 4 petits déjeuner « sans restrictions » on arrive et dès le premier jour on nous annonce 2 petits déjeuner le reste supplément nous avons fait une réclamation verbale et écrite « silence radio » pas normal je trouve.

I stayed the first 3 days fling away from D.C. sites when I extended my stay, I chose the other direction ... sites of washi gton at night was spectacular
everyone was extremely kind and helpful and pleasant. restaurant was equally impressive. historical pics on glass served as upper dividers between sections. the menu provided anything you could have wanted. Just great. i'd stay there again with no hesitation.

I loved the location. Not only is a few minutes from the Pentagon City Mall, but their shuttle service is wonderful. Staff is so friendly and super attentive.
I wish it had a pool but there is so much to do around the area that I completely forgot about it.
Sheraton name, good tiles, comfy beds
Soiled carpets, smelly hallways, broken walls and scratches everywhere, unclean shower heads, musty terrible parking, our room door was open before we entered.
The location.
Musty smell in the room, barely no amenities inside the room. There was not even a bottled water. We requested one but it never came. We called multiple times but they always say its coming.
