Pleasent Stay
Pros:

The staff were helpful and easygoing. The hotel feels a bit outdated, but I still had a comfortable and pleasant stay. A big plus was being able to connect my Netflix to the TV.

The location is perfect to reach a lot of places. I love the most is the kitchen, so I can make my own breakfast and hot food!

The elevator didn’t work once, so I had to step down from my high floor😂

Se espera mucho mas de este hotel
Pros:

La comodidad de las habitaciones y la ubicación. Y que tuvieran transporte hasta el metro.

Cons:

La atención de gran parte del personal no fue la adecuada ya que en muchas veces teníamos preguntas, comentarios o peticiones y fueron respondidas de forma hostil. Y el agravante es que como el ingles no es nuestra lengua natal, al no entender alguna comunicación, el comportamiento de las recepcionistas no fue el mejor. Al hacer la reserva nos indicaron que todos los 6 huéspedes teníamos derecho desayuno, pero nos limitaron a 2 desayunos por habitación, dejando a dos personas sin desayuno. Muy lamentable ya que es una cadena reconocida.
