I need to call the better business bureau
Cons:

False advertising. Said they had shuttle to airport. We made reservations then they said they didn't have a shuttle. So we canceled our reservation but they charged us anyway. 🤬

Our stay was enjoyable in pleasant
Pros:

Everything was good except no blankets and had to pay for parking after paying 150$ for the room for one night

Cons:

No blankets came on the bed had to ask for some and they were super tiny and worn old rattled at edges which in my opinion was ridiculous for a nice place such as a Sheraton and then paying for extra additional for parking after I'd already paid $150 for the room for one night was absolutely ridiculous

We had a great time but we expected a nicer hotel from from the Sharron the Sheraton

Pros:

Breakfast was good for the price. The room was clean and comfy. Location is great,very close to certain places.

Cons:

The woman in the reception was ridiculous, her colleague overcharged us and we spoke to her because she said she is the manager. If she became a manager like this, I think everyone can become a manager in this hotel. She didn’t solve any of our problems, we even called the police. We asked for a receipt and she didn’t give us any. Then we solve our problem buy ourselves and realized that they charged us a parking fee( We didn’t want any parking). I suggest everyone to take a look at the price before paying.

Pros:

受付及びレストランのスタッフの対応は親切でよかった。

Cons:

軽食やアルコール飲料が買えるコンビニエンスストアがあればよかった。自動販売機とレストランしかないうえ、近隣に食料品店等もないのが残念。

The shuttle service

Cons:

The breakfast was cold. The food was horrible. The dessert was bad. And they need to have the bar open earlier and better bar staff who know how to make drinks.

Pros:

I like that it was close to the city and it wasn’t that expensive

Cons:

I didn’t have a phone in my room and when I tried to order room service there was a lot of confusion

Good value
Pros:

Location was convenient to airport with the shuttle. The views were pretty great. Nice to have a restaurant inside.

Cons:

It definitely is showing its age. The doors on my unit were pretty tough with multiple paint touch ups. The lighting wasn’t attractive and the bath is super dated.
