Well Maintained Super Clean near Bus and Train stations
Pros:

Soft bed , peaceful environment , hushed atmosphere. Super Clean.

Cons:

Staff is always Busy, no time to explain any details of your stay. Example breakfast is available but unable to clarify its not free. Did not tell that there is a shuttle Bus going to airport, did not inform us about free snacks at 6pm onwards like cheese, fruits, cooookies. Free water and many other things. This is just to name a few.

It was very traumatic with exposure to bed bugs with our kids. No one will ever want it
Pros:

The staff was nice and accomodating to move us to upper floor suite.

Cons:

There were bed bugs in the room, the hotel was noisy and the location of the hotel felt very unsafe.

Really bad
Pros:

Cons:

Really disappointing experience. No one responded to our calls at all. Initially, the associate informed us that in-room dining was available and even provided a number to call. However, despite calling multiple times, no one answered. When I went down in person to inquire, I was told that in-room dining is currently not being served.
Additionally, the room did not have basic amenities like a microwave or a kettle, which made the stay even more inconvenient. Overall, the service and communication were very poor.

Amazing stay!
Pros:

The staff are very friendly! Location of the hotel was perfect for our DC Trip being just across the bridge in Arlington. Easy and safe location for ubers to pick up and drop off.

Cons:

We wish the beds were 2 queen instead of 2 full. It was a little squishy for my husband and I, and the kids ended up kicking each other some.

The beds were small the covers were stained. No trash bags in the trash cans the windows were filth I couldn’t enjoy the view.

Overall it was ok. Need to answer the phone.
Pros:

Great location.

Cons:

Well first no one answer the phone when you call the receptionist. Had to walk down to tell about an issue in the room. Streaming service didn’t work we called several times no one answered .

We had a disappointing stay highlighted by a lost reservation, curt front desk, substandard room.
Pros:

Location, bed.

Cons:

They did not receive the booking.com reservation so I had to pay full price to get a room. 6 electrical outlets were nonfunctional in the room. The wait for room service was forever. One of the front desk people was curt and acted like she didn't want to be there.

Beautiful View From 9th Floor. Free Shuttle A Plus
Pros:

View from my window overlooking Pentagon was amazing. Early check in a plus ( booked last minute due to flight cancellation). Enjoyed Happy Hour menu prices.

Cons:

The toiletry toothpaste and shaving cream available at the front desk are worthless. Did appreciate having a comb and toothpaste. I wasn't prepared to spend the night in a hotel.
