Las camas no era grandes como nos habían puesto en la aplicación
No nos dejaron pagar en efectivo

Éramos 4 y solo nos dieron para desayunar 2 persona
Resumiendo no era para nada lo que esperábamos en una cadena de hoteles Sheraton

Pros:

El hotel estuvo muy bien, fue un poco complicada la comunicación porque ninguno en al recepción hablaba español, pero no tuvieron problemas para emplear el traductor, las habitaciones super limpias, cómodas, me encanto el aseo y sobre todo el transporte que tiene hacía el aeropuerto y el centro comercial.

Cons:

El desayuno estuvo rico, pero todos los días era lo mismo, y se cansa al comensal, además había una empleada del restaurante, no se su nombre pero era la única que hablaba español, muy apática, y todo tocaba pedírselo, nos entregaba los desayunos para llevar de una manera no muy gentil, y aunque éramos dos los que desayunábamos, varios días nos sirvió un solo café y un solo jugo, un día nos dio un solo contenedor para la fruta, y así fueron 4 días. En cambio la señora Marta aunque no hablaba español siempre nos recibió en el restaurante con una sonrisa y sus atenciones fueron excelentes.

Pros:

Room upgrade with great view of the city, definitely worth paying for the full view. Professional reception staff.

Cons:

Vending machines are only drinks. No body wash in the pump, though they did have mini bottles. May be worth either filling the pumps or removing the pumps on the wall.

Truly pleasant 3 days. Staff was so kind and helpful.
Pros:

We stayed in room 420 for 3 days. This was during our son's college graduation from GWU. Parking was always accessible. The location could not have been better! I need to mention how kind and attentive the staff was, Special mention to the front desk manager, Des, who was there to help me when I needed it and always had a smile when we met. 10/10!

Cons:

Nothing! It was great!

BAD BAD BAD restaurant food and customer service at the restaurant.

Cons:

1 sheet of paper in the writing tablet? Really? I do not agree with the book of mormon.
With the price of the room a breakfast should have been included. Parking ticket machine in operable. No one answered the call for service from it.
The restaurant was TERRIBLE. No host/hostess came to serve. I waited 25 minutes and had to say "excuse me" to the waiter and finally she came out. I was doing take out rather than to be seated. The bartender ignored me also. The waiter came and I just ordered a hamburger and fries that took more than 30 minutes. I paid cash rather than put on my room. The waiter did not give me a receipt! I also watched other guests be treated the same way with extremely long waits.
I got it up to my room and I was DISGUSTED! It was not real meat! Nothing on the menu stated that!!! So I wasted all that time and had to throw the hamburger away! It was absolutely gross for $18 and I'm appalled that you do that to people! The front desk took parking off my bill but I'm telling you this to say I more than likely will not stay again.

Pros:

The hotel was nice, the room was clean, and the staff was polite at check in. I was in late and out early, so I did not get to see anything except the lobby and my room.

Cons:

When I arrived I was very tired. As I was getting into bed, I had a question for the front desk and it took 30 minutes of continuous calling to get an answer. Also, the themostat in the room did not work.

A Des é 10!
Pros:

O ponto forte do hotel é a cortesia e simpatia dos funcionários. Fomos muito bem recebidos pela concierge Des. Ela circula sempre no Hall para assegurar que todos estão satisfeitos e bem atendidos.

Cons:

A descrição do booking do quarto com 2 camas, que cita cama extravagante, não corresponde a realidade, pois as camas são tamanho full (138 cm largura).
